Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und Freizeitmöglichkeiten, eine Wasserskianlage, eine Sommerrodelbahn, Reitställe, etc. Im Ort ist ein Skigebiet und eine Winterrodelbahn mit Flutlichtanlagen. Das Haus liegt nur knapp eine halbe Stunde entfernt von einem der größten österreichischen Skigebiete "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser".

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!
