The name "My Home" was chosen by the owners, Alessandro-Iris and Diego, to make each guest feel at "Casa Propria". "My Home" is a bright, unique and independent house of 60m2 completely fenced with private open space which includes a beautiful equipped garden and parking. Recently completely renovated, comfortable and welcoming, it is located in the heart of Borbiago di Mira, a quiet and safe town a stone's throw from the beautiful and renowned Brenta Riviera. It is easily reachable from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway thanks to the Mira/Oriago exit. "My Home" is an excellent starting point for visiting the wonderful Venetian Villas, the cities of Padua, Treviso and Verona without forgetting the beautiful and unforgettable Venice, which can be reached in less than 20 minutes by train, thanks to the nearby station Mira-Mirano, which is 3 km from the house with free parking or by bus thanks to the very convenient stop reachable on foot with a pedestrian path of about 1.5 km. In an hour's drive you can reach Lake Garda and its fantastic amusement parks (Gardaland and Movieland), the Zoo-Safari and the garden parks of Sigurtà or Baia delle Sirene. The beaches of Jesolo and Sottomarina are also very convenient to reach. The house is fully equipped and air conditioned and is composed as follows: Living room/kitchen (with sofa bed), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds and a bathroom equipped with shower. Bed, kitchen and bathroom linen are included in the price. A stone's throw from the apartment you can find numerous shops, including a bakery, a newsagent, a bar, a pastry shop, a very convenient take-away pizzeria and ice cream shop, and an important pharmacy/herbalist's shop. And finally, two renowned and highly recommended restaurants with fish-based menus: "L'Isola Rossa" and "La Perla Rosa". Our Church, a spiritual pilgrimage destination, is also worth a visit: the "Sanctuary of the Madonna of the Annunciation". Brand new house in first floor in the heart of Venice, in a quiet but central street beautiful, well served by ferry, taxis, and gondolas. Five minutes from the station S. Lucia and ten minutes from San Marco. To visit the popular islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido to the exclusive beach rather than for the Venice Film Festival and the Biennale, you can take advantage of the water-bus stop within walking distance. It is located in an old building recently renovated, although it maintained with its beams and exposed brick charm of its history The large living room with fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, microwave, dishwasher, etc..), You will spend pleasant moments of relaxation, three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower, will satisfy even the most demanding expectations. The house is easy to reach from Marco Polo airport of Venice by bus (line 80, 'Malcontenta' bus stop) and it is easy to reach from the motorway too. The bus from Malcontenta takes about 30 minutes to Venice and the bus stop is just 150 meters from the flat (3 minutes to walk). The best way to reach Venice is by bus, but you can also drive until Fusina and from there catch the ferry (whose ticket is included in the price of the parking). House have a park for only one car (free).

La fermata dell’autobus più vicina dista solamente 2 minuti a piedi dalla casa e in appena 10 minuti di autobus si raggiunge l’isola. A due passi c’è anche il centro cittadino dove non mancano supermercati, negozi, locali, bar, ristoranti, tabaccai, farmacie e banche. Una casetta appena fuori dal centro di Mirano, costruita negli anni '60, riapre le sue porte ai viaggiatori che cercano la tranquillità di un alloggio comodo al centro, facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada, ben collegato alla meravigliosa città di Venezia e che, con il suo piccolo giardino saprà regalare ore di piacevole relax...da quest’anno siamo Green!
