Holiday rentals with a balcony in Luino

Zuerst eine Klärung: Franco gibt es nicht. Die Wohnung gehört zu Interhome und wird über Airbnb vermietet. Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Woche im November gemietet und sie als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderferien im Tessin genutzt. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt geeignet und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist für die Nebensaison gut. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet und ist zu Fuss in gut 10 Min. vom Bahnhof Locarno zu erreichen. In der Überbauung gibt es neben einer grossen Migros auch einen Denner zum Einkaufen - perfekt für um unserer Wanderproviant etc. immer wieder zu ergänzen. Leider ist der Supermarkt auch der einzige Nachteil: Die Anlieferung (ca. 06:00-07:00) zum Denner erfolgt auf der Strasse unter unserer Wohnung. Für eher lärmempfindliche Leute - trotz geschlossenen Fester ist das Scheppern gut hörbar - könnte das für einen Ferienaufenthalt nicht ideal sein.Die Wohnung ist gross, hell, freundlich, gut ausgerüstet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I came to Lugano to visit a friend who lives around the corner and the apartment was even better than I expected. Amazing price, great location a couple of blocks from the lake, extremely clean, lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, fully stocked and very comfortable. Thank you so much, I really enjoyed my stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und allgemein eine schöne Wohnung. Die Aussicht vom Balkon haben wir sehr genossen. Auf der anderen Strassenseite ist direkt ein Spielplatz, was für uns persönlich optimal ist. Gastgeber ist immer präsent in der Bar unten - übrigens war es Nachts immer schön ruhig Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A beautiful view from the balcony and at the same time only 5 mins walk to the old town, another 2 mins walk to the promenade. Truly the best Airbnb you can find in Ascona!

We loved the villa on the island! It was so beautiful and felt like you were experiencing authentic life in the village. Restaurants are all walking distance and open late. The local tourist shops and cafes close at 5pm. And there isn’t much for groceries on the island but baveno and Stresa have affordable options. Just don’t miss your ferry back to the island at 7pm! We tried a few times to find a different boat shuttle service after 7pm and they really only accommodate tours during the day.

This apartment was really nice in many ways. Great location and view from the balcony, the pizzeria just beside had the best pizza we had in all our vacation in Italy this summer. The apartment was clean and really cozy! If we are going back to lake Como we are for sure renting this again🙏🏽😀

Wat een geweldige plek! Modern huis met prachtig uitzicht op het meer in een klein maar niet verlaten dorpje. Heerlijke bedden en fantastische keuken waar niets aan ontbreekt. Wel zo handig want de auto is wel nodig voor een boodschap of restaurant. Davide was supersnel met antwoorden op vragen en heeft goede tips gegeven. Echt een aanrader!

Wonderful hosts, Andrea and his mother helped us find a beautiful property to stay in, surrounded by wildlife and with exceptional views. We picked a bad week for the weather, but everything about the property and the helpfulness of our hosts was lovely and helped make our stay memorable. Grazie Mille!😀

This is a great place to explore the Alps. Location is perfect. Close to amenities of Domodossola but within a small hamlet. Yes - you need to be fit to stay here, as there is a steep walk to the accommodation. The home has so many places to sit and breathe in the beauty of the place.

- Sehr freundliche Gastgeber - in der Unterkunft alles wie beschrieben. -tolle Aussicht -Sehr ruhig und erholsam auf dem Berg -abenteurliche Anfahrt (ca. 25min über Serpentinen auf den Berg)

Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig, mit grossen Zimmern. Es liegt mitten im Dorf, eine Minute vom See und vom Bahnhof entfernt und in der Umgebung hat es viele tolle Restaurants. Auch für Ausflüge nach Como, Varese oder Milano ist Porto Ceresio sehr günstig gelegen.

Unkompliziertes Self-Check-In und Check-Out (Anweisung mit Video) und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Apartment ist gem. Bilder und Beschreibungen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf den Luganersee. Ruhiger Ort, es hat ein Café und Restaurant mit netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten auch gute Gespräche. In Claino con Osteno kann man sonst nicht viel unternehmen, aber Innerhalb 1 Stunde ist man in Lugano oder Como. Kontakt mit Marco und Vita SRL war reibungslos und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell.

Super schönes und sauberes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Vom Balkon des oberen Zimmers hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Comer See. Küche ist mit fast allem ausgestattet was man brauch. So etwas wie Seife oder Spülmaschienentabs sollte man selbst mitbringen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, allerdings vom See bzw. Zentrum der einzelnen Orte einige Serpentinen entfernt. Dementsprechend sind auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15-20 min entfernt. Hier ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. Adelia ist eine super nette Gastgeberin, und antwortet sehr schnell wenn man etwas brauch. Wenn man italienisch kann, ist dies von Vorteil :)

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
