Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

We, as the host family, live in the main building on the same plot and often stay out in the yard. A friendly dog also moves freely on the property. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Karins apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with two single beds and the living room has a sofa bed. There is also a toilet with shower and a terrace where you can enjoy the view of Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment.
