This was such a great find! Loved their chic. classy decorations. Quality linens, kitchen supplies, and eberything you could possibly meed. My 2 dogs felt right at home. Fenced in yard. Small but appreciated. Loved the fire pit. very clean and comfy for our fire and marshmelloes. We bought firewood and left behind a new bag. Will come back!

We surprised my husband for Father’s Day and are so glad we chose this home! It was perfect for bonding time with the kids. We loved playing the games together in the Game Room, enjoyed dining outside on the patio, roasted SMORES over the fire, and enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to enjoy most of our meals together at the home. The showers were huge and our family of six had ample space to feel right at home. Very clean and well-kept property! You can’t go wrong picking this home; so many lovely little and big things done to make your stay a great one.

We had an amazing stay at this property, absolutely gorgeous inside and out! Mike and Samantha were fantastic hosts, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our visit. The views of the surrounding trees were stunning, and we were lucky enough to see deer roaming the property every morning, which made it feel even more magical. The home itself was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

5 stars. We had a great stay here! The house is located far enough away from town to feel like you’re in a beautiful house in the forest, but still close enough to grocery stores, shops etc. to easily get to anything we needed. We had deer in the yard every day and a wonderful view of a small pond from the deck. The house looks really nice both inside and out, and there are plenty of games to keep you entertained when you’re not out exploring. There was a problem with the air conditioning on the first day due to thunderstorms the previous night and Sallie and TJ not only had it addressed quickly but they also supplied a portable unit while we were waiting for the repair to take place. Not a problem but I would recommend a high clearance vehicle for the road in and the driveway. I would 100% stay here again if we ever returned to the area!

Beautiful, new, tidy home with rustic charm. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Minimally furnished, uncluttered bedrooms in a great way. Spacious with room to move. Great photos of local landmarks. Private and space between neighborhood homes. Scenic mountain views. Nice walking path on Silas. Functional in every way. We've stayed at many and this is at the top in overall experience. Thank you, Ron and Sue:)

We had an incredible stay at Joseph's place !! Everything was above and beyond expectations and we cannot wait to return!! The property was the most amazing rental we have had - the house was beautiful, immaculate, spacious and tastefully decorated. The property was a peaceful and gorgeous sanctuary full of foliage, a private creek and a private waterfall with tables and benches to enjoy it all !! Our dog had the time of his life and we enjoyed watching him explore in a safe environment. Joseph was very communicative and responsive and there was an instruction binder with clear instructions as well as a helpful binder of things to do in the area. Everything you could want or need was well supplied and we enjoyed sitting out on the enclosed back porch as well as the seating areas around the property including a fire pit and pans for panning gold in the creek. I cannot say enough positive things about Joseph's secluded and serene retreat - 5 star experience !!!

This place was so wonderful to walk in to after a long travel day! The screened in 3 season room was a perfect place to sit and listen to nature while drinking coffee/wine. Kelly was always available for questions. She had a book with every bit of information you would need for the house and surrounding area. Everything was spotless in the house. Comfortable furniture and bed! They had some toiletries in case you forgot some items. A few coffee pods and sugars/honey and creamers. Things are labeled and the kitchen was very well stocked. Such a lovely place! There’s a Publix right as you enter the area to stock up on groceries. Would love to come back here again. We loved staying in this area as we visited some wineries and took some beautiful hikes. The Anna Ruby’s Falls north of Helen were beautiful and it’s a national park. Bring your national park pass if you have one. Amicalola Falls was amazing to hike up to. The little square of Dahlonega was very quaint.

The home was exactly as advertised. It truly felt like a home, and it had so many nice touches. The beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were super nice, kitchen was great, and the home was free of clutter. Everything was labeled (wifi, remote instructions) and it was super clean. It was perfect for a small group of moms attending new student orientation at UNG.

The Cane Patch is our ‘Go to’ place when we are staying in Dahlonega. We love this place and rent it at least twice a year without fail. Ross and Evelyn are Super Hosts, have a hidden gem of a place, and have become our very good friends now for almost a decade. Walkable to town, the UNG campus, and any type of restaurant that you desire, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Everything was just as stated on the listing. Charming, quiet, great location and great accomdations! We will be visiting that area a lot in the next few years and this will be our first choice every time. Thank you!

Location was very quite calming.

Would definitely recommend this cabin. Super convenient to Helen, easy access, not too far up the slopes, and easy exit with the lower driveway. This is not a luxury cabin. It is compact and enough for a couple and a pet. But the value for the stay is spot on, Roy is super awesome, and I would stay again.

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

I loved bringing my sister here for a little getaway. The place was so spacious. Loved the farm feeling and walking in the area. Such a beautiful area to stay

Very comfortable 2 bed, 2.5 bath apartment which matched description and photos exactly. 2 beds upstairs each with their own en suite and television. The .5 bath is on the main floor with the kitchen , dining and living space. Quiet little neighborhood off the main street but completely walkable to downtown Helen's shops and attractions making the location fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends that may want to visit Helen, GA. Check-in process was a breeze with James sending codes and pictured step by step instructions. A basket of pamphlets with local and surrounding area attractions and entertainment options is useful in filling any downtime that you may have on your trip. Check out to do list was extremely minimal - only start the dishwasher if needed.

The unit was as described. The location was quiet and private. It would be perfect for two people but was, as expected, a bit tight with two adults and two teens. Thankfully ours was a short stay so it worked great. It is rather dark because it is mostly below grade so the only windows are in the bedroom. There were plenty of linens. Stacy was very responsive.

We loved the attention detail from cleanliness, decor, amenities, quality linens, local recommendations, and communication. The location is perfect for walking to coffee and shops. A festival was going on in the town square, yet we still experienced easy access, designated parking, and quiet place to sleep and relax. We will definitely recommend this spot to others and we can’t wait to come back and stay a little longer. Thank you for the personal care.

This cabin in Suches is perfect for rest and relaxation! My husband and I slept amazingly well! The proximity to tubing and fishing on the river was perfect for us. We used the tubes and kayaks as well. We were visiting to learn about the area and the owner Billy was an amazing host and guide to North Georgia. He even picked us up for one of our tubing trips!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This was a very cute and well kept place to stay at! Leonard was a very accommodating host and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone that comes through Helen!

We had a great stay at Jr.’s place. It’s walking distance to anywhere in the Village. If you’re outdoorsy like our group is I would recommend bringing your camping chairs if you plan on hanging on the property itself. There’s a nice grass area right out of the door we sat while we weren’t on the town. Great stay and host was very responsive to our needs.
