Orangery, entire place, a minute from Lund C

Here you live newly renovated with an orangery as kitchen and living room. The accommodation is located in quiet, older blocks a few minutes walk from Lund C, the cathedral, university, city park, sports ground, etc. It is fine for a family 4-6 people or colleagues on the business trip. There are three bedrooms on the lower floor and two spacious bathrooms with toilet & shower as well as a separate small toilet with sink. Adjacent to the orangery there is a patio. Good wifi. Parking in the area (6 SEK/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

Nice guesthouse located on one edge on the grounds. Own small secluded patio. Fully equipped newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine. A double bed in the bedroom on the ground floor and and two beds in the sleeping alcove upstairs. Steep stairs upstairs. Excellent location near the sea (350m) and close to the Long Bridge and swimming (1.5 km), tennis courts, outdoor gym etc. Restaurants, grocery store and bus and nearby. Sharing chickens with the neighbor. Fun for kids. There is no wifi.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Accommodation outside the city center in central Lund. Close to park, gym, swimming and grocery store. 10min to the train that takes you Malmö. Ice rink and soccer fields nearby. Coop and Lidl are within walking distance. Also nice pizzeria. When my daughter and I live in apt everyday, there will be private things in it during your stay. Apt has two bedrooms, one double and one single bed. There are two inflatable mattresses and sofa if you are more residents.
