It has a kitchen-living room with three large patio doors to the park-like garden, bathroom and toilet, and a peaceful bedroom. Settle into the garden with a book and a glass of wine and enjoy the coffee in the gazebo overlooking the countryside.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Huset ligger midt imellem Vordingborg, Næstved og Præstø i fredelige og naturskønne omgivelser. Gåafstand til fjord. Tæt på Svinø strand, Avnø naturcenter og sjællandsleden. Tæt på indkøbsmulighed. Indgang til huset deles med ejer.
