We live in a separate apartment on the ground floor of the house, and you will have your own apartment on the upper floor. Three bedrooms with double beds, a large living room with a balcony offering a fantastic view. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Private parking and access to our garden. Bed linen and towels are included. No parties or smoking indoors.

Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by the ferry (12 min) that leaves 100m from the house. Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

Närmaste spårvagnshållplats är Sälofjordsgatan som ligger 250 m från huset. Med spårvagn tar ni er in till centrum på mellan 15-20 minuter, och till Liseberg, Mässan och Universeum på 25 minuter. En mataffär och flera restauranger finns inom 500 m. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstädning ingår i priset.

This sturdy building was refurbrished three years ago and has been turned into a stylish guest house. It offers all the amenities you would need for a very pleasent stay. It is completely separate from the house in which we live. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, shower area and a toilette.
