The accommodation was perfect and the communication was also very pleasant. The good service was extra nice, they even helped with the taxi to the airport.

Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. It's very quiet

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We used the garden every day and appreciated our own entrance to the beach. Although we are 4 families, we fit comfortably and the place was very spacious.

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

He was outside ready to greet us, easy and clear instructions. The location was perfect and lots of beach bars to attend. Great access into Rome via train so good all round.

We stayed here for two nights, the house is small, entrance with kitchen, sofa bed and table, then bathroom and bedroom with double bed. Very clean house equipped with everything you need (dishes, coffee maker, clean towels, air conditioning) The owners are very helpful and very friendly people, they welcomed us in person and showed us the house. We'll definitely be back since we had a great time! The area is close to the sea and close to supermarkets, the car is recommended to get around.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. Severino's house is large and comfortable. It has a wonderful view of the Ciociara countryside. Many very beautiful sites are nearby and it is possible to get to Rome by train from the Frosinone station 15 min drive from the accommodation. Severino and his whole family are particularly welcoming and open hosts. The stay was perfect.

This apartment is really beautiful. 🥰New, with attention to the smallest details, a wonderful terrace where you can spend relaxing moments. Very clean and welcoming, and the air conditioners in each room made the stay even more pleasant, despite the heat of these days. The owner is always extremely kind.
