Edmondo is a great host, willing to help at any time, easy to communicate with. The apartment location is great, right in the middle of beautiful 'centro storico' in Terracina, it's air conditioned (main bedroom and living room/kitchen area). It's also equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 6 nights and wish to stay longer😊 Thank you Edmondo.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben alles gut zu Fuß oder mit Bus und Bahn erreicht. ein sehr netter Gastgeber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

All other reviewers are right. This is a great apartment, with great amenities, in a great location, with a great hostess. Extremely clean too! I think the apartment is better than the pictures. Thoughtful touches (ingredients for a pasta dinner! Shower gel.) The bed is VERY comfortable. Spacious shower - and washcloths were provided (rarity in Europe!) The free parking is a 1 minute walk and very convenient. Do visit the gelato place they recommend and the spaghetteria! Everything is close and convenient. I really enjoyed my stay here! Highly recommend!!!

appartamento moderno, spazioso, comodo, pulitissimo e accogliente, in ottima posizione anche per la dotazione di parcheggio libero proprio di fronte a casa. A pochi chilometri da Sermoneta e Ninfa. S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

Abbiamo passato un weekend in totale serenità! Villa Fiore si è rivelato un posto dove è possibile allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita quotidiana e godersi attimi di paradiso preziosissimi. Complimenti anche all’host il quale nonostante qualche piccola problematica riscontrata, ha saputo subito rimediare donandoci la possibilità di continuare a godere della magia di questo fantastico posto.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Daniela was a really great host. She was very welcoming and generous with tips. We very much enjoyed the house. it had everything we hoped for, and it was super close to beach. We stayed here for the last 2 days of our Italy trip; highly recommend if you want to enjoy beach and be close enough to airport to drive there on your departure day

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa in Anzio. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The outdoor space, especially the garden and pool, was a real highlight—peaceful and perfect for unwinding. The location was quiet and private, yet still close to the beach and local shops. The host was welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We really loved our stay and would definitely come back!

He was outside ready to greet us, easy and clear instructions. The location was perfect and lots of beach bars to attend. Great access into Rome via train so good all round.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti, la casa è piccolina, ingresso con cucina, divano letto e tavolo, poi bagno e camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Casa pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno (stoviglie, macchinetta del caffè, asciugamani puliti, aria condizionata) I proprietari sono delle persone molto disponibili e molto amichevoli, ci hanno accolto di persona e ci hanno mostrato la casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente dato che ci siamo trovati benissimo! La zona è vicino al mare e vicino ai supermercati, è consigliata la macchina per potersi spostare.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

La maison de Severino est grande et confortable. Elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique sur la campagne de la Ciociara. De nombreux très beaux sites se trouvent à proximité et il est possible de se rendre à Rome en train depuis la station de Frosinone à 15 min de voiture du logement. Severino et toute sa famille sont des hôtes particulièrement accueillants et ouverts. Le séjour était parfait.

Vacanza breve ma indimenticabile. Ottima sistemazione. Visitato posti splendidi sia Nemi, che è un confettino, che i dintorni del lado di Nemi con Genzano e il lago Albano con Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo. Siamo stati anche a Tivoli in una mezz'oretta circa a visitare Villa Adriana e Villa d'Este - FANTASTICHE. Ottima cena al Ristorante Le Colombe consigliato da Matteo, così come la colazione al Byron Bar. E per finire, senza saperlo, abbiamo vissuto la celebrazione dei 100 anni della Sagra delle Fragole. INDIMENTICABILE ESPLOSIONE DI GIOIA- Complimenti agli organizzatori. Anche da parte dei miei compagni, anzi compagne di viaggio, un grazie di tutto, è andato tutto alla perfezione. E...sicuramente faremo un pensierino per ritornarci dove la natura, la bellezza, i colori e la cordialità della gente del posto, "esplodono" a 360 gradi. Bello Bello Bello. Stadsplan van Ostia en Rome met trein en metroverbindingen was voorhanden bij aankomst + boekjes met bezienswaardigheden. In tegenstelling tot wat we dachten is de bus (35 min.) véél sneller om de verbinding met de luchthaven te maken dan de trein + metro (bijna 2 u). Prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanop het terras (op straat is de zee moeilijker te zien door de afsluitingen van de betalende stranden). Betaalbare bistro's, restaurants en supermarkt op wandelafstand. Zeker de moeite waard.

Questo appartamento è davvero bellissimo 🥰Nuovo, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, una terrazza meravigliosa dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Molto pulito e accogliente, inoltre i condizionatori in ogni camera, hanno reso, nonostante il caldo di questi giorni, il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il proprietario sempre estremamente gentile. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per trascorrere vacanze piacevoli 🥰
