Discover tranquility and relaxation in their original form: We offer a tiny, yet comfortable vacation rental for up to 2 people. The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

Sustainable Living on 1st Floor, Free Parking!

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Look forward to a mostly fog-free break at an altitude of 1000 m with beautiful views of Säntis and Alpstein. Some hiking trails lead directly past the house and a sports course in the forest can be found within 2 minutes for a training session. Shops for everyday needs are located in Speicher and Teufen, the city of St. Gallen can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The access to the accommodation leads over a forest road - in winter 4x4 or the 15-minute walk

Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Core renovated apartment near train station and center

This rooftop apartment, which was renovated in 2019, has retained its charm despite the modern furnishings. It offers everything for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, and the Oberstrass bus stop takes you conveniently to the city centre, the university or Olma. This apartment is perfect for business travelers, holidaymakers or for weekend trips and short trips to St. Gallen.

Bungalow with a stunning view LOMA BUENA VISTA

Holiday cottage on the sunny slope with beautiful views. After a short but somewhat steep walk to the bungalow, you can enjoy the view of the Alpstein with our local mountain, the Säntis, on a cozy terrace. There are many walking and hiking opportunities directly from the house. Please note: From the parking lot, it is about 100 m on foot relatively steep up the hill to the beautifully located bungalow on the edge of the forest.

Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

Modern garden house, Teufen

Cozy garden house in the countryside Ideal for solo travelers or couples. It has a combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom with a pull-out bed and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet, which is accessible from the outside. Quiet location, non-smoking accommodation, uncomplicated and equipped with everything you need. Towels included. Wi-Fi available but only weak. 5-minute walk to the train station.

Cozy studio on the first floor, in Appenzellerland

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).

St. Gallen central and cozy

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the first floor with a separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom is 1 ½ meters away via the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, English, French and Spanish. I can somehow communicate in Italian.
