The space
Your stay at Baan Wanora includes daily Western and Asian breakfast, and private chef service. Soak in the tropical sun in outdoor living areas with an adults’ pool with a swim-up bar, children’s pool and plenty of loungers, plus waterfalls and fish ponds. Other amenities range from an indoor bar and games collection to satellite television and Wi-Fi.
The villa’s gorgeous open-sided living areas make the most of the warm weather and ocean views. Spread out in open-concept living and dining areas, where a cathedral ceiling and Buddha statue are classic Thai touches, or take coffee and chats out onto the shaded veranda.
This luxury property has four bedrooms with king beds, including two master suites, and one bedroom with a queen bed; all five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, mini-bars and ocean views. The sixth bedroom has two twin beds and adjoins another room with a twin bed as well as an en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for children and a nanny.
With the white sands of Laem Sor just in front of Baan Wanora, it couldn’t be easier to bring the kids out for a day of building sandcastles or to relive your honeymoon with a stroll by the water. If you’d like to see more of the area, walk down to the ornate Laem Sor Pagoda or make the 10-minute drive to shopping and dining options in the town of Lamai.

* For the safety and compliance with our insurance policy, we kindly ask our guests not to engage in personal cooking within the villa premises. However, fret not, as our skilled villa chef is at your service to prepare any meals you may desire during your stay. Your culinary cravings will be expertly satisfied with our chef's delectable offerings.
* To comply with our insurance policy, we cannot allow guests to use the kitchen, even if it was Gordan Ramsay himself! Baan Wanora is a fully-catered villa - meals and drinks are ordered from the villa's fixed price menu. Special meal requests that are not on the menu can be considered and an additional shopping and cooking fee will apply. Outside food is generally not allowed without approval from the villa manager and corkage fees apply to alcoholic drinks not ordered at the villa
* Pre-arrival or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 650 (for short to mid distance) or THB 1,000 (for long distance) plus 20% of grocery cost as handling fee.
* Please also note that in order to be compliant and accessible to all international guests we do not serve Pork. We can provide pork alternatives for breakfast foods and are also happy to suggest local restaurants that do serve wonderful pork dishes.
* In line with our corporate responsibility towards the environment, our toilet paper is replaced with a handheld bidet complimented with fresh hand towels. Besides being more hygienic and user-friendly for guests with reduced mobility, the use of a hand-held bidet reduces the environmental impact linked to the production and disposal of toilet paper, for a positive impact on our carbon footprint.
* Please note there are 2 friendly dogs on the property. Guests however do not need to interact with the dogs as they can be secured within their own space.
* A refundable security deposit of USD 1,000 (or equivalent in another major currency) is payable in cash on arrival.
