The space
Next to the Four Seasons, and overlooking the prestigious Prieta Beach Club, Villa Esperanza enjoys a luxurious location on Costa Rica’s Papagayo Peninsula. With endless ocean views from the common areas, terrace, and all four bedrooms, and an open-air floor plan, this villa celebrates Costa Rica’s natural beauty in every way possible. Nearby, you’ll have access to the private, Prieta Beach Club, Four Seasons Golf and Tennis Centre, and several resort restaurants.

With multi-leveled lounge areas, and seamlessly merging indoor/outdoor spaces, Esperanza is an incredibly spacious destination for your group. Its modern contemporary design features a predominately white background, while splashes of ocean-inspired color expand Esperanza’s palette, adding a little fun and excitement to the stylish environment. On the upper floor, the villa’s kitchen, dining area, and living room are combined into one gorgeous, great room. Eclectic works of art, custom designer furniture, and high-end electronics decorate the spacious common area. And, it fully opens to a balcony with an amazing ocean view.

Outside, Esperanza’s amenities rival those of the interior, showing off with a generous wet bar/kitchen with built-in barbecue, plush outdoor furniture on the spacious terrace lounge, a swimming pool, and numerous spots to lounge in the sun or dine alfresco. The villa’s tech features include Smart Tv’s, a Sonos Sound System, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. And, housekeeping is included as well.

Four Season’s golf course is an eco-friendly masterpiece eighteen-hole designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer. With holes that wind through lush jungle seaside cliffs, this course is as challenging as it is scenic. After a morning on the course, grab yourself a prime spot on Prieta Beach and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere, pristine sand, and calm waters of their private beach club. With three, Latin-inspired restaurants, you’ll have plenty of options for food and cocktails while you're enjoying Prieta’s atmosphere. There’s also a spa and gym at the beach club.
