Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lyndhurst

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

A wonderful stay in a special place - perfect for a family or friends exploring the area on foot or bike. Lots of space to relax at the property, inside and out. Particularly appreciated Benjamin’s friendly and responsive approach, and flexibility on check out time for a small extra fee.

Just had a wonderful few days stay at Jayne’s. We felt relaxed immediately and were very impressed with the little touches to make us feel at home. We wanted to explore the New Forest and have some days out at different beaches and the location was perfect, we could get to some lovely beaches within half an hour. Jayne was very helpful with recommendations for local walks and walks within a short drive - Bolderwood was amazing, we loved watching the deer from the viewing gallery. The drive back through the New Forest was stunning and looking at the horses was so calming. We’ve definitely come back very chilled, which is what we wanted. Will definitely return! An absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location was wonderful, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, despite there being a pub next door! Lots of walks or cycles from the door, yet 2 minutes from a main road. The house was beautifully decorated and great bedrooms, lovely linen and comfy beds, with fantastic bathrooms. Everything you needed to cook for yourself and great recommendations of things to do and places to go. We had ponies outside our garden! Paul was a great host, responsive and helpful, really welcoming and very kind regarding checking in and out. We were there to celebrate a few things and felt it was absolutely the place for that. The pub next door under new owners was very friendly but did not disturb us at all. Thank you Paul, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

We stayed over the weekend for a family get together (ages 10 - 72, 9 people in all). Elizabeth's place is very comfortable and spacious, plenty of room to spread out. We spent much of our time playing in the garden which is a safe space. Walking into town was a 10 minute easy stroll. Don't miss the Rhinefield Ornamental Drive, a beautiful area of tall trees to walk in but get there early as the car parks fill up quickly.

Strides Barn was a lovely place to stay. Lots of amenities and plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. Only slight downside was it was very hot inside the cabin and we did not seem to have any control over it.. Other than that it was lovely. Good views, plentiful wildlife and lots of areas to explore a short car drive away.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. We had a wonderful stay at Matthew’s place as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful - spotlessly clean, lovely interior and finish, and really well equipped with everything we needed. The garden is stunning and clearly very well cared for; it was such a peaceful space to relax in. Matthew was an exceptional host: super responsive, proactive in his communication, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt really well looked after. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

It was such a cozy little place. my wife and I really wished we could have stayed a little longer. a short walk to the ocean, good restaurants nearby and easy to get to with plenty of space. Loved it there!

we love staying at Sarah and James's. We stayed last year whilst visiting family in the New forest, giving us a nearby base so we can still explore local areas. We were so happy to manage to book again this year at short notice for an impromptu half term visit. Sarah and James were quick to respond to messages for anything we needed. Being so close to Peppa Pig world our two little ones loved playing with the toys and there were lots of books they could read in the evenings with them. They adored looking out the windows over the sheep and tiny baby lambs, and loved hearing the noises of them and the neighbouring cows occasionally. it was a lovely space to relax in between family outings.

Last minute booking for myself and daughter to go riding at stables in local area. Perfect location surrounded by owners and guests horses. We even saw badgers in the field from kitchen window. And wonderful to wake up to views of horses. As stated by previous guests, flat is dated but more than made up by fact it is spotlessly clean and the double bed was extremely comfortable. Only slight downside if a couple are using double bed was that it can only be accessed from one side which wasn’t clear in photos. Sadly didn’t get to meet Helen but hopefully we’ll be able to come back again in future. Thank you for a lovely all too short stay.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

River View was an amazing place to stay. It was private and peaceful with beautiful gardens at the back of the property. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy this as it was raining. The property matched the description on the website and was very comfortable and clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing to stay near Salisbury and would love to return again.

Great location on the picturesque Military Road. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms; clean and well equipped kitchen. Tranquil place and good feature of video game for teenagers and non. Next time we will try the free sauna!

Just what we expected,some really nice touches like the biscuits and fruit. Quiet and private.

Rose's place is beautifully clean and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. We loved relaxing in the beautiful garden and very much appreciated the thoughtful note that had been left, along with the generous provision of breakfast and hot drink items. We had two great meals out, one at The Ship and one at The George. It was so easy to get into the forest for walks. A great stay and we would thoroughly recommend!

Lovely stay at Kathryn's flat. Myself and my two small boys spent 2 days here over half term and we had an amazing time. We found parking directly outside, we didn't need to move the car for our whole stay, everything was walking distance. Beach, restraunts, Pier, parks, cinema etc. The flat had all the amenities we needed and it was like a home away from home. I will be sure ti book again next year! Sash

I’ve stayed at this property before many years ago when it was first listed so this was a return trip because of how good it was the first time. It’s great to see its still in exactly the same condition it was all those years ago. Is quite simply one of the most beautiful apartments there is. The location is incredible and it has been decorated with such care and thought. The photos don’t really do it justice even though they are great too. It’s a place you will visit and think “ I would love to live here” Modern with a hint of style overlooking the sea, you can’t really ask for anything more. A lovely touch of being able to check out later was the icing on absolutely wonderful trip. This one isn’t to be missed!
