Hønsehus Nedre Snartemo Farm

You will spend the night in the immediate vicinity of Snartemobekken which is a tributary of the river Lygna where the salmon play. Nedre Snartemo is an old farm with a barn that is under restoration. On the farm there are traces of settlement from the pre-Roman Iron Age and all the way to our time. The famous Snartemo sword was found just 200 meters away - in other words, you live in the middle of history. Welcome to sunny and idyllic "Knatten" An architect-designed cabin in a secluded location by the lake with beautiful views over Egelandsfjorden with great fishing and swimming opportunities. The cabin is fully furnished and contains most of what you need to have a great stay including a Weber gas grill on the sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms in total with beds for 7 people+ (possibility of extra mattresses). Cozy annex with bedroom and master bedroom with double bed and loft bed in the cabin.
