From the water tap, you can drink spring water that has a good and fresh taste. You can enjoy a large garden and pick your own salad and herbs for breakfast. The place has several outdoor seating areas, including a barbecue area, fireplace, and pergola. On the plot you can see a saw and a mill house from the 19th century powered by hydropower. 1 km from the apartment is freshwater with canoe, fishing, swimming area and gapahuk.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Rooms in basement with bathroom and toilet room are rented. Studio kitchen in laundry room. Suitable for two people (max 3) in small double bed (108 cm x 187 cm) with possibility for extra bed. Feel free to let us know when booking if you want an extra bed. Family of 5 lives in the house. The place is family friendly with cats and hens, in addition to a large garden with several seating areas. Good hiking and swimming facilities nearby and close to shop and bus stop. Free parking.

The city is a short walk away where you will find charming eateries, boutiques, museums, and cultural houses. Two parking spaces in the underground car park.

Koie/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
