About 20 minutes by car is Lyngdal which can offer shopping/restaurants and not least Sørlandsbadet. 30 min from the ski resort.

Mandal's largest hiking area is within walking distance. Hot tub for starry evenings and lovely terrace for sunbathing and lazy days. On clear days you can see halfway to Denmark. This is one of Mandal's most beautiful view plots. The house has a large living room with a fireplace for the colder days and for idyllic summer nights. A place of peace in the soul!

New and large cabin in Hausvik

New cabin (completed July 2020) with stunning lake views. The cabin is located on Hausvik, at the end of the Austad peninsula outside Lyngdal. The cabin has a large terrace on the 2nd floor with a view directly out to the North Sea. Furthermore, the cabin has a large outdoor area with, among other things, a large trampoline, fire pan and barbecue. The cabin is located in great and sheltered nature. There are many hiking opportunities nearby including Hausvik Coastal Fort in the immediate vicinity. The cabin is a 5-minute drive from idyllic Korshavn.

Large, modern holiday home with high standard, lake view, great garden and good sun conditions. The cabin is located in an established and quiet cabin area, only 15 minutes from Lyngdal city center – with a short distance to the lake, common jetty, fishing and swimming opportunities. Playground, football pitch and nice hiking trails nearby. The cabin is tastefully decorated and sleeps up to 13 people in 6 bedrooms on two floors – perfect for 2–3 families. The outdoor area offers a large terrace, jacuzzi, fire pit and a lovely garden.

Wilderness Tower - TreeTop Fiddan

Located in the middle of the Sørland wilderness between two lakes far from people and roads. Treetop cabin with 4 floors - a real return to nature experience! Great level of comfort with great beds, panoramic views, and well-equipped kitchen. The only heat source is the wood stove and the cabin is lit only with candles and battery lamp. Good old-fashioned outhouse down on the forest floor. Fire pit, canoe, rowboat, carpenter's workshop and climbing net can be used freely. Hot tub and sauna have an extra cost.

Nyt en avslappende ferie på hytta omgitt av fin natur og den nydelige utsikten over Åptafjorden, i tillegg til at en kan ha mye glede med bading i oppvarmet badebasseng og jacuzzi for både store og små. Ligger i et rolig område med gode solforhold. Dette er familiens hytte som vi bruker så mye vi kan, men vi deler den gjerne når vi ikke er der. En gjennomført hytte med høy standard. Perfekt for en gøyal og hyggelig ferie for familien. Sengeplass til 7 gjester, eventuelt 8 personer.

Her får du ro, sjøluft og vakre soloppganger, samtidig som du er bare 10 minutter unna både Lyngdal og Spangereid med restauranter, butikker og aktiviteter. Om du ønsker en rolig helg i boblebadet, en aktiv ferie med turer og fisking, eller et besøk til den verdensberømte undervannsrestauranten Under, så har du alt innen rekkevidde. Egen båt og privat brygge gjør det enkelt å fiske, bade og utforske fjorden. Haus Fjordblick er en registrert turistfiskevirksomhet, og vi utsteder nødvendig utførselsdokumentasjon for fisk. Lyngdal sentrum med butikker, restauranter og aktiviteter ligger bare 7 km unna. Området byr på flotte tur- og utfluktsmuligheter for hele familien.

Huset er lyst og trivelig Sveitserhus fra 1890 med balkong og gårdsplass. Gårdsplassen er felles sammen med 2 andre leiligheter. Komplett bad med dusj og boblebad. Stor stue med salong, og kjøkken med spisebord. Parkering på en offentlig parkering 100 meter fra huset. Huset er midt i Mandal sentrum med gåavstand til alle fasiliteter som butikker og uteliv. Family-friendly cottage by the sea at Belland, Lyngdal municipality. Sunny, with evening sun until 22.00. Quiet location and good fishing opportunities from the pier and boat. All facilities, including small boat used for a short transport route from the car park to the car and to the cottage.The cabin has internet on a ipad you can share to your phones and the smart tv., But it is possible to connect smart TV and the sound system to mobile internet.
