The sleeping loft has three single beds. Please note that this is not standing height for adults. However, it is usually very much appreciated by our younger guests. Undisturbed plot with large lawn, climbing trees and rocks. Sandbox, soccer goals and a trampoline. Large balcony with barbecue grill. Fire pit for open fire. Close to piers, a small beach, and crab fishing. Two hiking trails pass the house. Sheep, chickens and rabbits, 2 kayaks, SUB and a small motor boat for rent. Fast wi-fi. Fantastic views of the sea from the mountains. Proximity to many points of interest along the Bohus coast. The location couldn't be more amazing! Don't forget the fishing rod!

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

A cozy little house! Walking distance to everything Lysekil has to offer! Close to grocery store and bus station and free parking very close. A small garden where you can enjoy a coffee. Previously had a very old bathroom but just renovated it in 2022.
