Our charming cottage in Ramsvikslandet is rented weekly or per night. The cottage is fresh and has a kitchen/living room, bedroom and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. The cottage (25 sqm) has 4 beds, 2 of which are sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen has all the equipment needed and there is a patio with barbecue grill. Fantastic nature and hiking trails around the corner and only a few minutes' walk to swimming on rocks or sandy beach. Proximity to camping with the possibility to rent a boat, kayak, etc. Golf course about 20 minutes by car.

The house has been in the family since the 70s and carries a lot of charm, although the maintenance is a bit neglected. The decor is older but fully functional. Now a renovation is underway, meaning that we offer a lower price for those who want to enjoy the Bohuslän nature at a really good value. Barely 10 kilometers north of Lysekil's summer pulse, this well-protected accommodation is barely 10 minutes' walk from the water's edge or about 15 minutes' walk down to Skalhamn's village and harbor. In a super fresh and newly built apartment of about 55 sqm on top of our new garage, you will find all the comforts with proximity to Bohuslän's most beautiful archipelago. In 20 minutes, you can walk down to Bastevik's modern marina with its popular pub and restaurant.

Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

Wonderful summer house with fantastic location in the middle of central Lysekil with 500 meters to the sea. 5 minutes walk to the nearest grocery store and Lysekil city park Parking space in the driveway with space for 2 cars. Sea view in two directions, a lovely garden with hammock, barbecue and dining table. Downstairs with large living room, dining table with 10 seats and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs with 4 bedrooms.

Enjoy the sea view in this rural and quiet accommodation with a natural plot and 50 meters to the sea. The house has a large terrace with proximity to swimming at the jetty and small beach. Also close to hiking trails, climbing on Skyggeberg, the nature reserve Bua hed and the ferry to Bohus Malmön with its restaurants and beautiful swimming areas. In a maximum of 15 minutes by car, you can reach Kungshamn and Smögen, Nordens ark, Sotenäs GK, Kustcharken with locally produced food and restaurant.
