Beläget i granitens rike med många fina berg, omtyckta av bergsklättrare. I närområdet finns det många salta bad, golfbanor, djurpark, bergsklättring och vandringsleder. Busshållplatsen heter Uteby och har väldigt bra bussförbindelser. 600m från huset

Välkommen till en avkopplande semester nära hav, natur och Bohusläns rosa granitklippor. I det röda huset bor du i ett ombyggt småbåtslaboratorium med utsiktstorn. På kvällarna kan du grilla på klipporna och bada i den vedeldade badtunnan med utsikt över Brofjordens inlopp. Det är ca 15 min gång till närmsta strand och till hamnen i Skalhamn.
