Beautiful and calm apartment. Very pleasant host, who answered quickly and who was very kind. Everything went very smoothly. Totally recommended.

The stay was great, walking distance to a lot of bars, restauraunts and close enough to the city centre. Quite the nice peaceful area, and with a great terrace to relax on. all in all a great place to stay!

I was there a full month and enjoyed my time. Nadia and her husband are extremely helpful and always willing to help. Would stay again.

I can confirm many older reviews of this small place! The 1-room apartment is ideally located for visitors to the EXPO (Messe) or ING Arena almost at the foot of the Atomium. The room is out the back and was so quiet that you don't get the impression of being in the middle of Brussels. The apartment was super clean and fits the pictures. The elevator to the 5th floor worked perfectly. The metro is only 5 minutes away and you will also find many simple restaurants or shopping in the immediate vicinity. If you come by car, you can't expect to get a parking space right in front of the door or on the street (but loading and unloading is possible). It's just a residential area. Parking on the street is paid between 09:00 and 21:00, but I always found free parking in the cross streets. So if you're not afraid of a walk of maybe 500 m, you are well accommodated here.

The room was lovely and the location was good, it was close to the train station and other public transports. Emmanuelle was super friendly and the communication was great.

I highly recommend this super-host Laurent and the apartment. We got to Brussels having booked another apartment through air b & b and that host let us down. I had to book a new apartment last minute and Laurent had responded within ten minutes accommodating 4 stranded women at the airport. The apartment was in a perfect location- it’s a very safe area and transport to the city was less than a minute walk and we were in walking distance to nice restaurants, bars and cafes. There’s a supermarket right across the road. This apartment is perfect if you are travelling for work, a city break or holiday. Lesson learned always book with a super host. Thank you Laurent ☘️

We loved this property. Great location in a quiet street but very near shops and Metro station. The property itself was very spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was also delightfully cool in the middle of a heatwave with lovely outdoor space. Adelaide communicated very well, and her instructions and recommendations were very helpful. Thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking a home from home in Brussels

Excellent choice to stay in Brussels! Sarah was very kind and gave clear and precise instructions. The place is beautiful, everything was super clean and it is across from the Sacre Coeur Basilica so it has a tremendous view. It is easy to access public transport, the subway is about 14 minutes walk and the tram passes through the park in front of the apartment.

Cecil’s husband was very kind. The apartment was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It contained everything we needed. It is near to an underground station and to plenty of buses so it is easy to reach the city centre and the atomium. The district is multicultural with an amazing variety of shops and restaurants of different nationalities.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days in Brussels. Everything was perfect! The place complies with the photos, everything is clean no complaints! The terrace is great for enjoying the sun ☀️ We highly recommend and hope to come back soon 🙂

Everything was great! Thank you for this opportunity to relax in a quiet and beautiful place, away from the city:) we had a great time in the jacuzzi under the night sky. We will definitely come back! The only thing is that there are a lot of flies and it is not clear where they come from. It was unpleasant to wake up from the fact that they were flying around

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

What a great studio! Are you in Antwerp and do you want to relax, but do you also want to be close to the center? Then this is truly the perfect place. The studio is fully equipped & is extremely luxurious. We really enjoyed it!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
