Villa holiday rentals in Madesimo

Wir waren 6 Personen mit 2 Hunden und haben in der Villa Erica sehr erholsame und entspannte Tage verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr grosszügigen Grundstück mit eigenem Pool und einer Outdoor-Küche direkt daneben. Der See ist vom Grundstück aus auch zu Fuss durch einen kurzen Waldweg zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und sowohl Stefania wie auch Luca der Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir durften entspannende Tage in deinem wunderbaren, rustikalen Haus, direkt am See geniessen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es auf jeder Etage eine Toilette und Mückennetze an jedem Fenster gehabt hat. Giulia war sehr freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar... Dankeschön 👍

La maison est très calme et bercée par le son de la rivière. L’excellente literie participe aux nuits reposantes que nous avons passé dans les chambres avec une superbe vue. Le jardin impeccable et spacieux, le barbecue et la taverne nous ont carrément conquis. Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable ! Merci Fabrizio !

This villa was very special. I highly recommend staying here. It’s even better than the pictures, which almost never happens. It was so peaceful here. The outdoor area was beautiful and we loved using the hot tub every day. Everything was super clean and we all had plenty of room and privacy since it’s 2 separate living areas. The hosts were super sweet and helpful. Also, the restaurant next door is absolutely delicious. Seriously, book a vacay here! You’ll love it!

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.

Super Unterkunft. Schön, gross, sauber, alles was man braucht. Sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts – man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Alles war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie viel Platz wir als Gruppe von 9 Personen hatten – und trotzdem hatte jeder genug Privatsphäre, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und zum See ist es nur ein angenehmer Spaziergang von etwa 15 Minuten. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder☺️

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

The house was gorgeous inside and outside. The view was even better than I thought. Very quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and responsive. The lift was helpful for me and husband so we didn’t have to go up and down the steps. The only thing I didn’t know about was the house was very close to other houses. I thought it was more seculuded. I would definitely stay there again.

Wir haben nach Ostern ein Woche in der Villa verbracht und hatten tolles Wetter! Die Kinder sind täglich in den beheizten Pool gehüpft während wir gemütlich unseren Café und vor allem die fantastische Aussicht geniessen konnten. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre und fühlt sich sehr schnell wohl. Frau Bannwart, die das Haus verwaltet, gab uns zu Beginn gleich ein paar gute Restaurants Tipps und bei Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar. Wir können einen Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!

Amazing location just minutes from bellagio and situated a short stroll to the water taxi of San Giovanni. Was a perfect stay!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

This place was such an amazing stay for our family. Hester and Michel have done an incredible job with the design and furnishing of the place. The views are incredible and it is just steps to the water. You get the full experience walking up the many steps to town, but it makes the place even more special. The patio and garden are a great place for your morning espresso or dinner with the whole family. Definitely one of our families' favorite places we have ever stayed.

Erica è stata flessibile e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. Ci ha accolto di persona e guidati per questa bellissima casa tutta restaurata e conn un contrasto antico-moderno che fa sognare. La casa ha tutto ciò che può essere utile sia per cucinare che per organizzare un bel pranzo. Le stanze sono super accoglienti e spaziose: in 11 siamo stati comodissimi. Come in descrizione, la temperatura all'interno della casa è a 18°, ma può sembrare più bassa visto la dispersione e le basse temperature esterne a gennaio. L'acqua calda sembrava sparire dalla doccia per qualche secondo/minuto, ma torna con un chiudi e riapri. ANYWAY, siamo stati più che benissimo! Come a casa ed in questo meraviglioso spazio che consigliamo sicuramente per un getaway, un weekend in montagna e tra amici. Grazie Erica!

Ambiente molto pulito e con ogni comfort. E' come sentirsi a casa. Ho apprezzato tutto... dalla biancheria morbida e profumata, alla terrazza dove è uno spettacolo mangiare, alla piscina per rinfrescarsi. Il papà di Katiuscia ogni mattina ci predisponeva ombrelloni e sdraio. Il posto è molto rilassante ed è un punto strategico per raggiungere bellissime località da visitare. Grazie per l'ospitalità! :-)

Heel bijzonder huis! Origineel. Veel kunst in huis. Schitterend uitzicht. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig Schoon. Rustig dorpje. Zwembad was gezien de hoge temperaturen heerlijk! Omgeving is prachtig. Veel mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Fietsen gehuurd op 3 minuten loopafstand. Heel aardige mensen. Spreken Italiaans en beetje frans. Geweldige fietstocht voor mountainbikes gemaakt vanaf t huis. Electrische ondersteuning noodzakelijk. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Technisch mankement werd zeer adequaat en snel opgelost.

Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen (11 Personen). Hat alles sehr gut geklappt und das Haus ist wunderschön.

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic week’s stay in the Villa. The outdoor area are even better in person than they were in the pictures. It is set in a brilliant location, where we could get to the ferry station with a 20 minute walk. Stefania was a wonderful host. They checked in to make sure everything was ok and responded very promptly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt! Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und flexibel – wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben: sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – vom Check-in über den Aufenthalt bis hin zum unkomplizierten Check-out. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Wow, wow, wow!. This place blew us away with its gorgeous lake and mountain views as well as its beautiful historic look and feel. Our hosts took care of everything we could need and were very responsive, even helping us find transportation one evening when we could not get a taxi in Varenna. Our group will be talking about this place for years to come because it was the absolute highlight of our trip. My recommendation would be to book this home because you won’t find a more beautiful location or more accommodating hosts.
