Holiday rentals with lake access in Madison County

My sons and I had a great stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy even though we had three vehicles and a trailer. We had a great stay and are Looking forward to going back again.

This cottage is awesome-such a classic! You are truly surrounded by water on three sides. It is quiet and private. We spent most of our time on the enclosed wrap-around porch; the place is a gem!

Had an amazing weekend at this house. The place was spotless and we were well accommodated. Nicole is an amazing host. The weather was cold when we were there but on the day we had go checkout, she let us stay a little longer so we could enjoy the warm weather. It was worth the money and we felt right at home.

This house was perfect for our extended family to stay for Colgate graduation! The views of Lake Moraine are spectacular. There were all the amenities needed. The host, Cora is so friendly and super responsive. She even left out snacks and water for us. I would highly recommend this place.

Neighborhood was very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. The house was clean and was stocked with various things that we ended up needing to use ( like games and cooking essentials). Hosts were helpful snd responsive as well.

First off, I’d like to say, everything was way more than we expected. The house was HUGE!! The layout was amazing. The house was warm and comforting with all the amenities you could think of. They were nice to allow you to use whatever you needed, but of course we left a lot of things also to kinda replace what we used. It’s honestly nothing bad we have to say about the house. They Responded promptly to any questions and concerns. The only thing they could’ve added was instructions on how to maybe have access to the lake and do some fishing. I’m not sure if we had access to the lake, but we also never asked. The only thing that would make this a little more outstanding, would be putting a binder on the table with the local stores and ways to access the lake with a map of the surrounding areas of things to do. Other than that!!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This will definitely be our yearly vacation spot away from Alabama. Enjoy your stay. We had a BLAST. ❤️

My family had a great time at this Lake Oneida house. Very clean and comfortable, very clear directions, easy to find, great view of the lake a few steps away, great communication with Troy and Fawn, 2 coffee makers, games, AC and fans (: Sylvan Beach is a few minutes away for restaurants with lake views. Beautiful sunsets!

Kimberly’s place was the nicest, cleanest and most comfortable of all the places we’ve stayed. Would definitely recommend and wish to stay there again!!😊😊

This is my second stay at Melinda and Kim’s Airbnb. They are the most wonderful hosts, and the place is beautiful and comfy. Melinda goes above and beyond with everything she does.

I had a really relaxing time staying at Amanda's place. She was always quick to respond to questions. The place was very clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed the view of the water. The place is a quick drive to Hamilton where there are shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Ayesha's Place! Super sweet host, she was flexible with the check in time and greated us with treats! Such an amazing stay in a beautiful location with a stunning trail Ayesha showed us! 5/5 stars and we definitely recommend people to stay here when visiting the area!!!

I would certainly stay there again. With every review I give positives and negatives. The key negative was the building is older. This means the floors are a bit uneven, things like that. I've stayed in several places in the NY lakes region and they are all older. only other negative observations were the main TV was on the smaller side and WIFI was spotty at one end of the building. Positives. + Kitchen was in great shape. Appliances all worked well. Lisa left lots of coffee and tea + Lots of room, space for 7-8 people. + Several bathrooms + Heat worked well, water pressure was good, water temperature responsive, utilities all worked well + Great location, right on the main street downtown in a charming village but easy drive to Syracuse (my end location) + Easy check in, parking space included + Lisa's communication was outstanding I felt the apartment was priced well for what I got. Really appreciated the stay and I would certainly do it again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Sharon and Charlie’s place! From the moment I arrived, they were the most welcoming and attentive hosts — so thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout my visit. The home itself was absolutely beautiful: spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved waking up to the stunning views each morning — a perfect way to start the day. It’s clear that Sharon and Charlie put a lot of care into making their guests feel at home. I can’t recommend this stay enough and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you both for an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful location with all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well kept. Deanna and Dave were very pleasant to talk to and their dog Chloe was just the best. Greeted us every morning and we loved playing Frisbee with her in the afternoon. Such a bonus for us. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. We plan to visit again.

We had a amazing weekend at Rosemary's cabin with our pups! The house was well appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen and a gas grill outside. It was larger than we expected and we loved the lakefront rooms with fireplaces! The location was beautiful and we loved paddling and fishing in the lake. Being able to stay directly on the lake was awesome and I thought the cabin very reasonably priced given the location. We were there Labor Day weekend and the lake was very quiet and the weather was quite cool. The neighbors were all very friendly and I highly recommend the restaurant across the lake. Looking forward to returning next year!

My family had a lovely stay at this cabin. It is right on the lake and just down the road from the town of Hamilton and Colgate. Perfect for our family of 5!

John’s “camp” was perfect for our small group. The location is great- the lake is literally right at your feet, and while this is not your “luxury” rental, it’s exactly as described. Has the necessities plus a little more- vacuum, towels, Lysol wipes, plates, cups, etc. The spiral staircase has …a learning curve… but kept us laughing all weekend! As a host, John was great- I felt confident that if any issues were to arise (they didn’t) he would make sure we were taken care of. He was accommodating, polite, and friendly as well. We would love to come back!

This was a perfect little cottage which sits directly on the edge of a beautiful lake. Heidi worked with me around our schedule which was very helpful. The electric fireplace was more than adequate to keep us warm at night. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had a little glitch with the wifi but this was not consequential. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This place is wonderful. So, so beautiful. The grounds are spacious - a huge lawn that's perfect for all types of lawn games. And an incredible view of the lake and a perfect view of the sunset going down over the lake! Just an amazing location. Thank you!

We stayed at the cabin for local College Parent's weekend. The location and surroundings are beautiful and convenient to Hamilton, NY. The cabin was clean, cozy, and private. Just what we needed to relax during a busy weekend.

We had such a nice stay! The cottage was absolutely adorable and bigger than we expected. It was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and Taylor thought of and provided everything we could need. The view of the lake was gorgeous. We planned on bringing our two dogs, but ended up leaving them home. Had we brought them, they also would have had everything they needed. We will definitely book again when we return to Hamilton!
