Very spacious home with a lovely sweeping yard and a pool. We fished right off the small dock and my son was delighted that he just kept pulling them in every time he dropped a line. The house is equipped with everything you need and the location is fantastic - close to the highway and Nashville but it still feels like a getaway. Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Really great place to stay! Peaceful, relaxing backyard. A few close bars/ restaurants. Quick uber ride downtown.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

I’ve rented Issac home about 3/4 time and every time it’s a joy being there for a few days. Even this time a movie theater was added even though we didn’t do a movie night but just to see that was a big up grade to the house. Phenomenal home I recommended. 10/10

This home is great! Everything we needed was there for our family of five. And, with the hot tub, pool, game room and well stocked kitchen this place offered much fun and activities right in the home! The location is an easy drive or Uber to downtown; you can be in the heart of Nashville fun in 15 minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Erin’s place was a godsend! We were stranded at bonnaroo Friday when they cancelled everything and my friend and I immediately hopped on Airbnb to find a place to carry on our bonnaroo experience for our group. Erin’s place popped up and we booked asap. It was seamless, clean, a quick Uber drive to Nashville, and we got to keep hanging out with our friends who are all from different states. Split between 8 people, this is definitely worth the cost. Thank you, Erin for hosting us in your beautiful home and not turning us away when we were in a time of confusion and turmoil after being in the rain all day. If Erin would have us again, we would 10000% stay there.

We only stayed one night but it fulfilled our needs with all the bedrooms and baths. It had a garage which was nice. We really enjoyed the rooftop. Would stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay at Kadie’s place. This home has everything you could need or want. It is close to the city yet so has a beautifully secluded feel. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful stay at Kari's place! Everything was just as described-clean, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect-close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. This was our 3rd time staying at Nicole's beautiful home. I had to look back because it seems like we've stayed there more times than that. Nicole is a great host, communication is easy and fast, and we always love coming to Nashville and staying with her. Her home is exactly what we need, has everything we could want, is convenient, and we feel so comfortable every time. We most definitely will keep coming back!

This is a hidden gem. It is a beautiful hime located in a quiet nieghborhood of large properties. While it had a wonderful country feel, restaurants and shopping were only a few minutes away. 30 miles outside nashville means even in the worst traffic we made the trip in about 30 min and got out of the crazy business of nashville. The host is great and has thought of everything you mught need. I highly recommend this home and host.

It’s a beautiful place, in a convenient location. You are about 20 minutes from Broadway in downtown Nashville, and 6 minutes away from the airport. Overall a pretty spacious place for 6 people as well. Great place to stay.

Tasteful whimsy, curated fun, great for pets and kids. An excellent stay! It's in a quaint and quiet neighborhood, and very spacious. But lots of restaurants, attractions, and shops are close. It's exceptionally clean, yet homey. The thoughtful touches and full appliances really set this stay apart. The kitchen is well equipped, perhaps the best I've had at an Airbnb. The bathroom is very nice, with a great shower and soaking tub. The living space is all about enjoyment. There are books, games, interesting and interactive things to enjoy, and the furniture is classic, comfortable, and stylish. There are many things that are great for kids and pets like a moveable door gate, fenced in large yard, deck with gate, covered outlets, and lots of accessories. The thought and care Chris puts into this stay makes it a real experience to remember. Thanks Chris! :)

Overall had a great stay. Home was located conveniently for all the things we did. Home was easy to find and parking clearly labeled. Greg was also kind and communicative.

We absolutely loved our stay with our family and fur babies! This was a spacious house and we loved that Ryan had out toys and things for the baby and toys and treats for the dogs! The huge yard was great, we unfortunately weren't able to let the dogs out to play for long as it was raining. Ryan was very responsive and lovely to work with!

We spent 5 days with 5 teenagers , 4 adults and a dog the property is spacious and the area is peaceful, it was first time in Nashville. We went to Bonnaroo Festival ,it was cancel for bad weather, but we find something else to do.We had a great time.

I can’t say enough great things about Shannon & Jeff and their beautiful space. It was a great place for my family and friends to gather to celebrate the life of my mom. Their place was so beautiful and roomy. The outdoor area was spacious and we loved the fire pit and the hot tub. I would definitely book again in one of their properties.
