Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Most of us know each other well and our kids have grown up together. To this day, we celebrate milestones, holidays and memories together. Miami (Avenue) might not be Mayberry, but it's pretty close! Modern, clean, basement apartment with your very own private/ external entrance (you have sole occupancy of the 375 sq/ft apartment, and our family is upstairs, with no access to your room... meaning our guests only interact with us if that is their vibe...) on a beautiful acre of land, with secure parking in East Nashville. An easy 10 minute Uber to downtown, Ryman Auditorium, Broadway, Nissan Stadium and even less to hipster 5-points or the Grand Ole Opry.

We recently finished the renovation of our house, which includes a cute, cozy one bedroom guest suite. Guests will have access to their own private entrance via their own 16 x 24 foot deck. The suite includes a bedroom with blackout curtains, a sound machine, bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave), dining table and a living space with a couch, reading nook and TV.
