Right in the heart of Cottbus in the lively pedestrian zone, you will find our charming old building apartment with historical views of the Altmarkt, the Schlosskirche and the Spremberger Tower. Just a few seconds' walk from the Altmarkt, the 108 m² apartment offers enough space to relax, cook or work. With this top location, you are literally out of the house and right into life. Right outside the door you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants & cafes - so it's perfect for strolling.

The Kiekebusch

This cozy holiday house, created by two designers, is located close to the popular Spreewald. Here you can enjoy the traditional villages and the stunning nature. Directly behind my house the natural reserve starts, so you shouldn’t have a problem with spiders an insects cause you will definitely meet them here. You can have a bath in the river Spree to which you can walk in half a minute from my house. Besides that you can make hikes (for example to the famous Brahnitzer-Park and the castle).

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sanierten Altbau im EG an einer befahrenen Straße. Vor dem Haus stehen Parkplätze, Straßenbahn und Apotheke unmittelbar zur Verfügung, mit den ÖPNV benötigt es 5 Minuten bis ins Stadtzentrum. Bäckerei und Supermärkte sind in 5 Geh-Minuten erreichbar. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein ruhiger Garten. Im Sommer lädt die Terrasse der Ferienwohnung zum Entspannen ein. Ich lebe mit meiner Familie im 1.OG. Wir sind weltoffene Menschen und freuen uns über neue Kontakte.
