Really enjoyed stay Host very helpful. The apartment is very modern. The shared spaces were regularly cleaned and tidied. The street is quiet but within minutes of many cafes, tavernas. Would recommend to friends visiting Madrid.

I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for a month and a half, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment is beautiful, stylish, and perfectly equipped for a long stay. Every detail — from the furniture to the kitchen gadgets — was carefully chosen and of great quality, which made everything feel extra comfortable and welcoming. One of the best parts was the weekly cleaning — it honestly felt like staying in a boutique hotel. Everything was always fresh, clean, and taken care of with real attention to detail. The neighborhood is also amazing: peaceful, safe, and super convenient. There are great laundromats, supermarkets, and local shops within walking distance. I highly recommend renting a bike with Bicimad — riding along the river all the way to the Royal Palace was one of my favorite things to do, especially with the gorgeous weather. Overall the apartment was great, it was in a good and diverse neighborhood, walkable to so many things (grocery store, restaurants, cafes + metro/bus). The building has an elevator which was a great plus and also had AC in unit which during a hot summer in Madrid is valuable lol The low ceilings was a bit annoying to navigate so something to consider for tall people. I’m short so it was bearable — I had to crawl into the bedroom (loft upstairs) and kitchen has low ceilings but living room and bathroom are normal. There was a lot of construction going on for the month I was there (this is no one’s fault) just mentioning I could hear a lot of the noise. Overall, would stay here again :)

The room has the essentials for a pleasant stay: a comfortable bed, good lighting, TV and Wi-Fi access. The environment is quiet and safe, with a wide range of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops within walking distance.
