Holiday rentals with a pool in Madrid

Excelente lugar, muy cercano a Chamartin y Plaza Castilla, fácil de llegar a todos lados. El lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo. Luis nos brindó un excelente servicio. Volveríamos sin duda

Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

Un placer alojarnos ahí. La casa es pequeñita pero tiene todo lo que se puede esperar. Para mí detalles como el café o el papel de horno o albal me dan una imagen de lo que quieren ofrecerte, quieren que estés a gusto y que no te falte nada. Mercedes ha sido muy amable y la piscina es un añadido muy agradable. Volveremos.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia en la casa. Pudimos preparar una paella y echar un puente tranquilo entre amigos. La zona de patio es estupenda y los salones de la casa muy acogedores. Echamos de menos algo más de útiles de cocina (como un colador), pero por lo demás no tuvimos problemas. Además, la comunicación con Purificación fue excelente en todo momento, es una anfitriona atenta que resuelve tus dudas rápido y te facilita toda la información necesaria.

El piso de Nacho es amplio, muy agradable y limpio, y el trato con el propietario fue excelente desde entrada hasta salida. Lo tendremos en cuenta para siguientes viajes a la zona de Madrid!

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.
