Bei Diane war alles perfekt, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit,nett, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Tolle Aussicht und sehr ruhig. Viele fußläufige Aktivitäten wie schwimmen gehen, Spaziergang am Fluss etc.Der lokale Zug mit Vetbindungen zu den Nachbarortschaften war auch fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Unser Wochenende im Apartment Ella in Innsbruck war großartig! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern, geräumig und bestens ausgestattet – von Küchenutensilien bis Handtüchern war alles da. Die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt gefiel uns gut, dank naher Bushaltestellen war das Zentrum schnell erreichbar. Der Nahverkehr in Innsbruck ist hervorragend – auch abends und nachts. Alle Infos lagen übersichtlich in einer Mappe bereit. Check-in und Check-out waren kontaktlos und unkompliziert, der Host stets erreichbar. Besonders positiv: der private Parkplatz und die “Digital Welcome Card”, mit der wir gratis Bus und Bahn fahren konnten. Ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – wir empfehlen das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter!

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

Die einfache Buchung der Unterkunft, die problemlose und einfache Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Ernst und letztendlich die sehr schöne Wohnung haben zu einer wunderschönen Urlaubswoche beigetragen. Gesamtfazit: Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We loved having coffee on the deck overlooking the Austrian Alps - breathtaking views! The hosts were very friendly and gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment was well suited for a family of 4. Our children loved the communal kids play room and the pool. I highly recommend a stay here!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sauber und gemütlich! Florian & Michelle haben uns netterweise auch ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Innsbruck in ca. 25min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in Villanders! Karin was proactief in de communicatie en gaf ons een supertip om naar de Villanderer Alm te gaan, een prachtige plek die nog niet overspoeld is door toeristen. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien, met een mooie badkamer en fijne, comfortabele bedden. Het uitzicht was elke dag weer adembenemend. Op het terrein hebben ze bovendien leuke dieren, konijnen, katten en kippen, wat ons verblijf extra gezellig maakte. De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen, maar toch binnen een half uurtje rijden van veel bezienswaardigheden. Zeker een aanrader!

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man erhält vor Anreise eine detaillierte Anweisung über die Anfahrt und findet problemlos den zugeordneten TG-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist außerordentlich sauber, wir wurden proaktiv nach 3 Tagen nach frischen Handtüchern gefragt. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

This place is so beautiful. easy parking. beautiful views from the room itself and close to a lot of eateries. we wanted to extend our stay here just for the place but we had a tight schedule. Angelika was very responsive and friendly.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le cadre est très agréable, entre montagnes et animaux de la ferme. Andreas est super réactif, propose des produits maison très bons et accessibles de manière journalière. Le logement était très propre, fonctionnel et très agréable également. Nous recommandons vivement d’y séjourner!

Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort und hatten ein tolles Wochenende. Sowohl zum Skilaufen als auch als Ausgangspunkt zum wandern eine tolle Location. Vermieter sind super nett! Für größere Gruppen absolut empfehlenswert. Danke

We zijn hier weer teruggekomen omdat de eerste keer ons erg is bevallen. Het verblijf is erg knus, en de host is erg vriendelijk, en doet haar best om je een prettig verblijf te bezorgen. In de mooie omgeving is bovendien veel te doen en te zien.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Hat mir prima gefallen, prima Ausgangspunkt für Skitouren/Wandern, sehr ruhig, gutes WLan zum Arbeiten, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Supermarkt.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, von Handtüchern bis zur Erstausstattung für ein Frühstück. Leider war unsere Zeit in Telfs Recht verrgnet. Aber nach einer Regen-Wanderung, tat die Sauna und der Pool besonders gut.

This is a wonderful place to stay, everything is as described, and we can't ask for a better host. We had a couple of requests during our stay, and he delivered immediately. We were grilling for a couple of days and eventually got out of gas, everything was closed as it was Sunday evening, and he manage to help us there at that time...quite nice to be honest. I do really recommend this place.

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

Alles super und wie beschrieben! Ruhige Lage aber mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten in Innsbruck! Kommunikation super unkompliziert und schnell. Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Wir haben wundervolle 6 Tage in Südtirol verbracht und mit dem Chalet Rueper Hof den perfekten Rückzugsort für unseren Aufenthalt gefunden. Die überwältigende Aussicht, die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sowie die Gastfreundschaft von Bettina (und Oswald) haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Das optional buchbare Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders fehlen werden uns auch die täglichen Streicheleinheiten bei den hofeigenen Ziegen. Wir kommen gern wieder!
