Era principios del siglo XX y la gente empezaba a nadar simplemente por placer. Finalmente decidió construir una casa y fue así el primer apartamento de playa en el Puerto de Sóller; por aquel entonces todo era campo y pudo elegir las mejores vistas y localización de todo el paseo marítimo.
