Brand new - but not quite perfect yet...

Hello dear guests, I rent you a beautiful, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the second floor, there is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, is newly renovated and completely new and furnished with love. However, there are a few things that are missing at the moment, such as carpets, curtains and pictures. But it won't take long for the apartment to be completely furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the center quickly.
