Monthly Rentals in Magisano

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

Small apartment very well maintained and clean in the center of Cropani. Addolorata was an impeccable host, always responsive and helpful. Very simple check-in and check-out. Highly recommended

Raffaele has always been available with confidentiality, he has always written to me if I needed anything, the house has been recently renovated, it was clean and cared for, he provided me with breakfast products, coffee and aperitif and other useful things for the stay, it is very spacious and enjoys a splendid view of the sea and the Gulf of Catanzaro Lido, he gave me many tips on places and where to eat great food, the place is also very quiet and peaceful and there are no problems for parking.... I will definitely keep it in mind if I have to come back... I highly recommend it to everyone.

Daniela is an exceptional person: always attentive to needs and wants to make the stay as comfortable as possible! We felt right at home, in a new home, with all the comforts and attention to detail.
