Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. The apartment (with electric charging station*) is located in a quiet location near a city. Several popular hiking and cycling trails lead directly from the house through the Allgäu. The approx. 55 sqm apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room with a sofa bed and TV as well as a balcony to the south side.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.
