Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Welcome to the holiday home "House of Arts" Rhodt The house is on Weyherer Strasse, a street parallel to the Rhodt promenade Theresienstrasse, and was built almost 300 years ago. The interior of the house has been completely renovated. Particular value was placed on a cozy atmosphere in which you immediately feel comfortable. Our country house with its special atmosphere gives you a lot of joy and a quiet and pleasant time during your stay.

Small idyllic vacation home, directly on the southern wine route, quietly located, invites you to relax and hike. On a nice walk through the vineyards you can reach the beautiful Palatinate Forest in 15-20 minutes. In the village, there are various shopping possibilities such as baker, butcher, fresh market, pharmacy etc..., all within walking distance. And of course numerous wineries, as well as various restaurants or wine taverns.

The studio is located in Altenstadt (Wissemburg), above the garage adjoining the house, with a separate entrance. It is perfect for couples (with a 1.60 m bed) and solo travelers. It offers the possibility to cook (two hotplates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, mini oven, microwave...) You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...

Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

The apartment at the almond blossom is located in the center of beautiful Gimmeldingen. In 1718, the apartment was formerly built as a bakery, which was then last renovated in 2017. The Laurentiuskirch from the 1200s is located in the center of Gimmeldingen. The light-flooded apartment offers a cozy atmosphere with space for couples, families and business travelers.

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
