The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." We are renting a nice and spacious 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the center of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The apartment is located in a quiet location in the Büdingen district of Rohrbach, between Büdingen and the Keltenwelt am Glauberg. The friendly apartment has a separate entrance, a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi access is available. Pets on request. Accommodation is possible for 3 people, including 2 adults. The Vulkanradweg and the Bonifatius route are in the immediate vicinity.

In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 room apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and thus also connected to visiting surrounding attractions. For example, Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous hiking trails.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Quaint hunting lodge, 100% wood, to slow down, hike, bike, get together. In the middle and completely alone in the forest, completely without "civilization." The hunting lodge is close to Büdingen (about 7 km away) by car, bike and bus. Ideal starting point for cycling and hiking in the wooded Upper Hesse in the south of the Vogelsberg.
