The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect with a love of detail was at work here. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surrounding area from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Very well located accommodation in the center of Cholet. Shops, restaurants, are nearby. The apartment is well equipped. Parking space is very nice. The loggia ensures a relaxing time. We had a pleasant stay.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly furnished, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

Nicolas' apartment was perfect and perfectly matched the description. Easy to find, it offered convenient parking for our car and a bike rack. I loved the high ceilings and the decor, and it was impeccably clean. It was only a 15-minute walk to the lively neighborhoods. Our stay was very pleasant, well-appointed house, very well-equipped kitchen, the layout is pleasant with the central island. The 2 toilets are appreciable, spacious house. This townhouse requires us to park in a "warning" zone in front of the door to unload, but free parking is available 2 minutes' walk away. I recommend this rental, the exchanges with the host are clear and precise.

A big thank you to Diane and Serge for their warm welcome. This was our first experience with an Airbnb and we were really not disappointed by the well-appointed and equipped accommodation. Located very close to the zoo de la Flèche, it met all our expectations. In addition, we were well received by our hosts with small touches (drinks, cakes, sweets, etc.).

Very nice property, you can feel the history here. Pool was nicely maintained and clean, and refreshing after a scorching day. The upstairs sleeping area can be quite hot during the day, but wasn't really a problem at night with fans.

Communication and hospitality with Philippe, went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around the place, explaining the history of his property, which is a haven of peace with beautiful surrounding nature. The place is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stop at 6). The room downstairs is not super functional (HS TV and no hot water in the sink, no toilet), but allows two adults to sleep without any problem.

Karen and Justin's house is very nice and very well-equipped. It is very well located for discovering northern Deux Sèvres with its terra aventura and the Parc de la Vallée. I highly recommend this charming home!
