The apartment is in the district of Höferänger and offers a perfect starting point for hikes/snow tours/ski tours in the Franconian Forest and Fichtelgebirge. Parking is available free of charge, parking for bicycles is also available. The bike path is right in front of the grounds. Kulmbach center is about 5 km away. The cities of Bayreuth and Kronach are in 30 and 20 minutes, respectively. Travel time.

Due to the location on the outskirts, it is quiet, and the fenced garden invites you to linger. Dogs are very welcome, have enough space to play here and can move freely. We allow ourselves to charge €5 per night per dog for the extra cleaning effort, which is to be paid upon departure. For the colder season, a Swedish stove in the living room provides warmth and the rain shower provides a relaxing shower.

I had a wonderful stay at Nadine and her family’s place. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is calm and peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The wooden house is stunning, very clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. I was with Astrid and Ewald for two weeks. It was a great apartment in an absolutely quiet location and the garden was wonderful. I really enjoyed that. The apartment was well equipped and everything was thought of! I can absolutely recommend the apartment! I would live there again at any time! All the best for Astrid and Ewald (they personally took me to the city by car on the day of departure!)

It was a very nice apartment on the ground floor with direct access to the small garden with terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, even coffee and tea are already on site. If you cook yourself, you have plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils.

We have rarely experienced such a friendly and generous host (and we travel a lot!). Tobias was always easy to reach and gave great tips for the area. The kitchen was super well equipped and even had a barista machine, which we liked very much. The garden is large and beautiful with many flowers and free-range ducks. Certainly also optimal for dog owners. The area is great for cycling, hiking or a trip to Bamberg. ☺️
