Our house is within walking distance (about 5 minutes) of the Mainz main train station, centrally located but still quiet in a Spielstraße (street where children can play), in the middle of the central trendy neighborhood: the Neustadt. No parking. The guest apartment is on the 4th floor (attic) and consists of a large living room-bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, a cozy kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. We ourselves also live in the house with our four children.

You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.

Your view is of our quiet garden with a nice seating area in front of the apartment. Mainz city center as well as Wiesbaden and Frankfurt are easily accessible. Quick access to the highway and public transportation. A separate entrance, TV and WiFi are of course available.
