A 2 kilómetros por carretera NO peatonal (coche/bus/taxi), de playa, supermercados y restaurantes. Recomendable coche de alquiler o taxi. Al ser una zona residencial tranquila se exige un comportamiento responsable y no se permite hacer ruido desde 11 pm hasta 8 am. Se permiten altavoces a volumen moderado durante el día. No se permite un consumo excesivo de alcohol.
