Diego was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The place was beautiful, very clean, and modern—exactly as described. The view overlooking the city was absolutely stunning. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it a perfect stay. I’d definitely love to come back and stay here in the future!

Lovely place, lot's to do around great bars and restaurants, the apartment was lovely but the building itself is amazing great views from the top!!

It was good the stay! I took my children and despite the building not having a playroom, the apartment was spacious and the building had a gym and swimming pool. A differential for me was having a feeding chair, a pigsty, a dryer... even items like cotton and cotton swab. Andrea, who did all the communication with me, was very helpful and kind. Leaving the building, you see the Allianz, very close. I recommend it.

One of the main positive points was the ease of check-in. A link was sent to register the facial before and it was not necessary to go through the entrance at any time. You have complete freedom to enter and leave at any time. The apartment is very well located and beautiful, just like in the photos. Very good shower. Large, comfortable bed with quality bedding. I recommend and would definitely stay again.

I spent 8 days in the apartment, and in the end it felt like my second home! Because it is on a higher floor, the unit has a certain privacy, so much so that I was able to open the balcony door at various times to let the not-so-cool air of São Paulo enter. The accommodation has an excellent cost benefit, with a good shower, hairdryer, glasses, cutlery and plates... The bedding was also clean and smelling. Lastly, about the amenities of the building, I loved the laundry, which runs 24 hours and has an affordable mega price to wash and dry clothes! This helps and a lot in longer stays, since with only a small suitcase it is possible to spend several days, taking few pieces. Finally, the entrance and exit by facial recognition speed the movement in the gatehouse. I recommend the accommodation!

The apartment is wonderful and very cozy. The cleanliness was impeccable. Quiet condominium and the view is beautiful, directly overlooking a mountain range. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is thinking of visiting Caieiras.

Apartment 514 is amazing! In the heart of Av Paulista, it is a very comfortable and surprisingly quiet space. Well decorated, it has air conditioning and an electric shower in great working order, and some kitchen equipment. Close to many attractions, the flat is next to MASP, close to Padaria Bella Paulista, pharmacies and various services. The Trianon MASP subway station is on the same sidewalk as the building, making it very easy to get around the city of São Paulo.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and Luiz is very helpful! It made me want to live there! I cooked every day and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment! I will definitely be back!

Simply a perfect environment to rest alone or with the person you love. In addition to the apartment being very well located, the decor and ambiance are impeccable. You can enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown São Paulo and relax very well at the end of the day while appreciating all the care that has been put into the space. The apartment had even more things than we expected to find and Julia was very quick to answer any questions. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it, especially for those who love plants, relaxing spaces and a beautiful view of the city.
