Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maisons-Alfort

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

This house is too beautiful to be real. Design is cured in all details with high end kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. A true gem in Montrouge which will leave you speechless upon entrance. Jacuzzi and Amam area makes you feel in a luxury spa. Host is very responsive and helpful. so far, one of the best stays ever experienced!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Eight of us spent five nights in this villa, and we had a great time. The check in process was incredibly easy, but getting the main door unlocked was difficult at times. Other than that everything else made our visit exceptional. The living room and kitchen was open and conducive to group activities and conversation. There were not many pictures of the bedrooms, but there five bedrooms and a bonus loft space. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area, and a train station is about a 10 minute walk away. It was easy to walk the city or catch a train into Paris. Overall, I would recommend this spot. If you are looking for the Paris feel without the hustle, this is the place for you.

Der Aufenthalt war toll und die Lage für uns als Familie super. Als Familie mit 5 Personen hätten wir ein vorhandener Geschirrspühler sehr geschätzt. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt, sauber und nicht überstellt mit unnötigen Dekosachen. Eine vorhandene Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und einen Staubsauger vor Ort zu haben ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Loft trés accueillant, la petite cour est paisible et calme. La cheminée donne vraiment une touche chaleureusement et créer une ambiance. L’arrivée était top et le quartier animé avec des restaurants tops juste à côté. Il y a des cavistes, des épiceries et un mini market à deux pas. Trés pratique ! Encore merci à Pierre Marie pour l’accueil et son loft vraiment bien aménagé.

The unit is very clean, simple, efficient, and met the needs of our family’s 5-night stay. It’s in a lively area on a main-ish street of Vitry-sur-Seine, and all windows face the street in a quaint and charming historic building. The apartment is equipped with what’s needed for an extended stay, and has both an excellent boulangerie and convenient carre-four market across the street. Good value and helpful, responsive hosts.

We lived our stay in the apartment. Great location to the metro line 4 which connects all around Paris. Bed was firm but not too firm, pillows were great for euro style. Close to everything you need! The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Starbucks is across the street if you are not geared up for 1/2 oz pure diesel fuel like most places. Supermarket across the street and close by liquor available. There’s a busy pizza shop next to the apartment, but it is not too loud at all. If I had one recommendation, I would say that there common area lights should stay lit for longer. They are on motion sensors and go off very quickly so you can find yourself in the dark on a very tricky set of steps, so be careful with that. I would certainly stay here again, and most likely would after learning how to navigate the city from this location. The bottle of champagne and chocolate and ice cream was a very nice touch. First class all the way.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Paris und im Apartment! Das Apartment hat Charme und ist liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war toll auf dem Balkon zu frühstücken mit frischen Croissants vom Bäcker unten an der Ecke oder abends dort einen Wein zu trinken. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, hell, alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sowie nette Kneipen und Restaurants in direktem Umfeld. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank, Corinne!

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

Loved our stay at Chanjuan's place. Apartment was very cute and had everything we needed. Pretty much half way between 2 metro stations so easy to get anywhere you need in the city. Plenty hot water and lovely to have two big windows. Chanjuan gave lots of good recommendations too!

My family of 4 adults and one child spent 3 nights at Patrick’s apartment and found it to be so centrally located (in an upscale area) that we could easily get to many of the sites we wanted to see during our stay. Just a few steps from the door, we walked along the Seine, viewed the Eiffel Tower, visited Grand Palais and Petit Palais, and enjoyed several nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment is even more luxurious than the website description and photos. Lovely balcony, too. The neighborhood and apartment are very safe and secure. The host Patrick and manager Badr responded quickly to every inquiry and provided excellent recommendations. Badr even surprised us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I have stayed in a couple other areas of Paris in the past. This has been the best!

Tous les occupants ont été plus que ravis, chacun son espace tout en étant proche des autres, une pièce commune suffisamment grande et conviviale. une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Je ne pourrai vous exprimer notre joie à l'arrivée devant le portail de la villa Les mots ne suffisent pas. Tout ce que je peux vous dire que vous n'allez pas regretter en faisant cette réservation. Tout est Nikel 👍 Arrivée flexible, Audrey nous a proposé d'arriver avant l'heure. Propreté irréprochable, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur La literie très douillet, confortable et propre. Le jardin énorme, bien équipé avec tous les jeux décrits mon groupe familial a adoré jouer au volley Ball et basketball... Le jakozzi était le plus, un luxe et un moment de détente pour les grands et un moment de jeux et de partage pour les tout- petits L'espace de vie extraordinaire, bien meublé et équipé de tout ce qu'on a besoin Pour les moments de repas, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur nous avons partagé des bons moments autour d'une grande table pourtant nous étions 15 pers Bref, je vous recommande vivement cette villa qui est le cocoon familial d'Audrey qui prend soin pour notre bonheur.
