A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.

Mizuyasu-no-Sato, Shi-no-Yado, Satoyama, private rental, Local Life, Shitaro Gaki

It is located in the Kamibayashi district of the Satoyama area of Ayabe City in northern Kyoto Prefecture.A village with a population of about 15 people in such a Kamibayashi district, Sato City Shishi (Iishi) is a scenic satoyama. In spring, cherry blossoms blossom along the creek, and daffodils and beetles bloom.You can enjoy fireflies in summer, Tamba fog in autumn, and snow play in winter.In such an environment, the inn uses plenty of wood, and you can also use a splendid wood stove. Self-catering, or catering from nearby hotels and shops. A 15-minute drive away is a hot spring facility, where you can enjoy regional ingredients. For those who cook for themselves, we can also provide a set of local chicken and vegetables with advance reservation. The interior can accommodate up to 5 people with 3 beds, a futon, and a sofa bed. Wifi is not installed, but Docomo and AU lines are available. Ine no Yado Shiokaze "Shiokaze" 8 minutes from Ine no Funya, 25 minutes from Amanohashidate

It is an 8-minute drive from Ine no Funaya and a 25-minute drive from Amanohashidate, and a great location for sightseeing in Kyoto.There are also hot springs and beaches nearby. The building is old, but we renovated it 3 years ago. Western-style rooms, toilets, and baths on the first floor. Japanese-style rooms, kitchens, and dining rooms on the second floor. The stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so please be careful because it may be inconvenient for small children and the elderly. The bedroom is a Western-style room (1 double bed) and a Japanese-style room (2 Japanese futons) that can accommodate up to 4 people, so please relax with your family or friends. It also has a kitchen and laundry so it's good for long-term stays. There is no supermarket, convenience store, or restaurant nearby. There is a long climb 15 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop.

We are located in ideal countryside which you can see offthebeathen Japan. Bed room is Japanese Tatami room. You can relax at wooden flooring living room. We are connectin with locals. So we can guide you local events or place, also take you to meet locals. Also we do several renovation work, so you can join in Japnaese traditional house renovation workshop. We have 2 kids and 1 cat living in the house. so if you have any allergy, please tell us beforehand.we will bring cat to another house.

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.
