This is a private rental accommodation located next to the historic site of the former Sanjo residence in Miyazu City, Kyoto Prefecture. The former Sanjo family has prospered in the shipping, silk, and sake industries in Miyazu Castle since the Edo period. It was also the residence of the Edo shogunate patrol officer, and in the Meiji period, it was the residence of Prince Arisugawa Takahito and Prince Komatsu Takahito, and is now designated as an important cultural property by the country. We have rebuilt the annex as an inn, "Miyanaka Kanbei Honten". The name of the house is the same as the sake brewery at the time. The owner carefully selected high-quality flooring and tiles while maintaining the atmosphere of that time, and placed selected sofas, tables, and bar counters in the living room on the ground floor. We have created a space for you to relax and unwind. Please spend your time in a high-quality space while feeling the history and seasonal changes of Miyazu, a port town that has fascinated many people since ancient times. Guests staying at the property will receive a free ticket to the former residence of the Mikami family! You can use it on either your check-in or check-out date. We hope you enjoy the Edo atmosphere. When you enter the entrance, you can enjoy the seasonal nature of Kyoto's unique tsubo garden, which is like a cut-out of the scenery in the mountains. The facility is a Kyoto townhouse with elegant taste, decorated with paintings by Japanese painters and decorations by craftsmen. It can accommodate up to 9 people in a spacious 100 ㎡ space. It is spacious enough to relax with family or friends, and is the perfect place to "travel like you live in the ancient city of Kyoto". There is also a kids' space for children to enjoy, so families with children can also have a comfortable stay. Nijo Castle is within walking distance, but access to major tourist attractions such as Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Kinkaku-ji Temple, Arashiyama, Gion, and Kyoto Imperial Palace is also good from the bus stop right next to the facility. A 100-year-old pure Japanese house "Porridge" in the heart of Miyazu City You can experience old-fashioned Japanese life with antique old folk tools, stairs, and Nagamochi (wedding equipment that houses futons, etc.). Nestled in the back of Wagiomiya Shrine, the celebration of the shrine echoes quietly. Beyond that is the Catholic Church of Miyazu, one of the oldest wooden churches in Japan. 8-minute walk (600m) from Miyazu Station, 5-minute walk to the sea.There is a supermarket, a convenience store and a laundromat within a 5 min walk. It is in a prime location, just 15 minutes by bicycle to Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic views. At the end of the line of pine trees, there is "Moto Iseko-jinja Shrine", which is famous as a power spot. You can get to Ine no Funya for about 1 hour by bus from Shiyakusho-mae for 400 yen one way. Because it is an old house, there is not much enclosure in the house.It is fully equipped with air conditioning and heating. The walls between the houses are thin, so please avoid making loud voices or sounds, especially at night. Furniture is old, so please refrain from staying with children under the age of 10. A building where you can stay while feeling the region

A property that had been vacant for about 3 years in the "Kami-Miyazu" area, which boasts countryside scenery and is about a 10-minute drive from the center of Miyazu, was renovated into a private rental accommodation. It is 10 minutes to the sea, 15 minutes to Amanohashidate, and 45 minutes to Ine no Funaya. It is not a particularly beautiful facility, but you can spend a relaxing time unique to the area. Basically, we don't serve food, but if you'd like, you can book a breakfast onigiri set at the nearby onigiri cafe, which is limited to our facility (for a fee) We can also introduce you to local people, BBQ, harvesting experiences, e-bike tours in the area, and more. Please check with me in advanced. BBQ is also available for rent as a set for ¥2,200. (Chairs, stove, charcoal, lighter, from preparation to cleaning up) Food is not included. Please bring your own. We do not allow BBQs outside of rentals. In the garage, in addition to BBQ, you can do bicycle and motorcycle maintenance without getting wet from the rain. You can store it in a locked building, so you can travel around Tango with peace of mind. Parking is available right behind the facility.
