Fully renovated typical old stone house in the Karst region of Slovenia (EU), because of the rich wines and scenery also called "Slovenian Tuscuny". Small farm village Dolenja vas (Sežana) is near famous Škocjan caves, stud farm Lipica, Postojna caves and just 30 minutes by car from Trieste, Slovenian coast and 45 from Ljubljana. In Karst dialect "ana pravca" means "one fairy-tale" and Ana is also the name of the owner of the property. The house has 4 independent units with 4 bathrooms. Guests of the house are welcomed to use kitchen, dinning room and garden for relaxing or having a picnic. The house can be rent as a whole, for maximum 15 persons (10+5). A family suite has one bedroom with a double bed and second, children bedroom with 2 separate beds. In the living room the extra bed for 2 is a sleeping sofa. The suite has a bathroom with a shower and it's own separate entrance. The suite with a private terrace on the 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sleeping sofa for 2. It has a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are also two rooms. First, spacious room with a bed for 2 and an additional sleeping sofa for 2, has a private terrace and a bathroom with a tub. The second, relaxation room has also a bathroom with a tub.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

We had a very nice stay at Jurij's place. He's a very welcoming person who knows the area very well. The house is private, tastefully decorated and clean. It also has the biggest bathroom you will ever see. We stayed here with a little kid which was great since children can run around in the private garden. Would certainly recommend to stay here!

Esma and her husband have created a very comfy, practical and lovely place to host travelers down the valley. The apartment is strategically located close to many well-known touristic attractions, to Ljubljana and to Italy. Esma will make the check-in easy though her responsiveness, friendly advices and flexibility. The access by car through the old town is pretty narrow, the location in a very charming village easily makes up for it. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely little house in Goče. I was a little hesitant to book initially as there weren't many reviews yet, but we were so glad we did! It was a comfortable and charming place, and the scenic views were a real highlight – so beautiful! The hosts were also fantastic; incredibly welcoming, kind, thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel at home. We'd definitely recommend this spot!

At first I panicked because parking for my bulky car (Tourneo) was not the easiest. But I would go back on foot from Italy, just to spend more time at Lavendula Cottage: I have suffered from chronic insomnia for a lifetime and I managed to sleep 7 hours in a row peacefully, breakfast for me is a ritual and like Marta's there are none. Everything is impeccable and clean, in every detail there is good taste, immense care and attention that make the house a fairytale place. At Lavendula Cottage, there is an added value that cannot be classified with stars or reviews: Marta's heart, Sandro's mastery, those polite and wonderful smiles with which they welcome you and make you feel at home. A unique place, not to be missed. And just park in the square!

Our story is very touching. We booked Karmen's place for one night on our way home at the last minute. Despite the amount paid, it was found that the system was at fault and the apartment was already booked. However, Karmen and Nikita resolved the situation and waited for us. Thank you! The apartment is in a very nice location at the top of the town. Superbly furnished, spacious, very well equipped. The neighborhood is beautiful, we visited the Skocjan cave system the next day. We will be back!

Rarely had a stay that has so little to criticize. The house is quietly located and very well finished with qualitative materials. Great beds, 2 toilets, a great tv and kitchen. Also a nice terrace and garden. Warm welcome (with extras😉). Within half an hour's drive, there are a lot of things to do.

My wife, our two boys (teenagers) and I really enjoyed this place in an exceptional site. Restored old house with a very safe aesthetic taste, Helena and her husband Jernej received us in an exceptional way with a great sense of hospitality and hospitality. We recommend to anyone who wants to recharge and want to visit Slovenia this experience. She will leave you nostalgic for a peaceful and beautiful parenthesis of life. Protected but not isolated place accessible by car both from the Slovenian, Italian (Trieste) and Croatian seaside but also beautiful Slovenian tourist sites.
