Historical cottage close to nature, lake, and golf

Our cottage, called Visthuset by Långnäs Herrgård (Långnäs Manor), is an old larder from the 19th century. In early 2000s it was renovated and used as permanent residence for some years. Since then it has been a self-catered holiday rental for up to 4 persons. The cottage is situated by the lake Stor-Gösken, roughly 200 meters from Hofors Golf Club first tee and Hofors Padel. Welcome to chill out in our unique and quiet home. Here you enjoy lake views both in the garden and in the house. With only 100 meters to the nearest swimming jetty is a cooling bath, a ride with SUP or in the winter a skating trip the lake with a bath in our hot tube. A wonderful rural oasis 20 minutes from Stockholm city and 5 minutes to the Nordic region's best mall Täby Centrum-so when the city's pulse attracts, it is also easy to get to.

Relax in this quiet guesthouse in a residential area. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, garden and kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the ocean and close to cafés and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the tram going to city centre. Feel free to borrow two bikes for free if you wish to explore the area by bike.
