In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Our charming guest house is located in a scenic area with forests and lakes directly on the corner. Nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The cottage is about 22 m2 and has a fully tiled bathroom with shower, a simple kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, plates and kettle and kitchen table. There are two beds and a sofa bed with a coffee table. Good communications by bus or car to Uppsala (20 min) and Arlanda (35 min). Only 75 km to Stockholm.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.

Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.
