Beachfront holiday rental in Mälaren

We had a great stay at Patrik's, the neighborhood is very nice, quiet, peaceful and charming. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is also nearby. Patrik gave us all the necessary instructions for our arrival and to get around during our stay. The cabin is very welcoming and is equipped. We didn't need anything more. This stay was a very good time, a very nice discovery of the city of Stockholm and its inhabitants, the pleasant and peaceful atmosphere and the wonderful landscapes. Thank you Patrik for having us at your place. I highly recommend the Vardmo hut.

A very nice cottage in a cozy environment. Close to the lake where we swam and went out with the rowing boat. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Katarina was a top host. Next time, we'll stay for more nights. Dan, Anna and Myran 😀

We had an amazing time. It was the highlight of our Trip to Sweden. It helped that we had great weather, so we were able to take the boat out and sit at the dock. Many things to explore in the area. The sauna at the end of the day was great. Josef and Anne were very responsive and sweet. Definitely recommend, and we would very much like to return.

When we arrived, we were met by Lotten. She showed us the accommodation. In the refrigerator, there was lettuce, ham and cheese, as well as Lotten's own carrots and Pak Choi. Lotte had also baked bread that we enjoyed for breakfast. Super delicious. The last morning was sunny and it was wonderful to sit outside and eat breakfast. The country of the lot and the birdsong gave a calm where we could have sat for many hours. The pulse went down at Vinkeltorp. Before departure, we were invited to this year's Konstrunda, as Lotten is an artist. Fantastic paintings and sculptures. If you are looking for a peaceful accommodation with a long distance to shops and necessities, this is perfect. We thank Lotten and her husband Bosse for their welcome that made us feel at home. Incredibly beautiful and quiet place. View directly towards the sea, which was great to enjoy in the hot tub as well as sitting in the kitchen and living room. Possible to walk along the water. The house was both clean and well-equipped. Convenient with code lock instead of key. Easy and smooth communication with the landlord. Always responded very quickly to our questions.

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

Very nice place close to both Oxelösund and Nyköping. Susanne was very helpful and responded quickly to the questions we had.

Tomas was responsive and proactive. He made sure that we were familiar with the property and addressed any needs we had. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and eating utensils. The house was well decorated and provided a feeling of comfort. The home's design was fun and unique and the hot tub a perfect end for a busy day!

Johan and Laila's beautiful house meets all the requirements. Super spacious and nicely located on the waterfront with running trail. We had a wonderful time thanks to the very good care of the hosts. Highly recommended!

Have visited this place several times, and it's perfect for the purpose. The large space on the third floor is as made for purposes that need a lot of space. The kitchen is social, and the bedrooms are comfortable and dark.

It’s the perfect getaway from the city – just a few days here feels like stepping into a fairytale. The house is right by the water, and waking up to that serene lake view while having breakfast is absolutely magical. The cabin has everything you need to fully relax and enjoy the experience without any worries. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. They left us some treats and even organized a little Easter egg hunt for us – such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special❤️

The best AirBNB stay I have ever had! Hard to express how beautiful and perfect Katarina’s cottage is. Easy to navigate without a car, ferry from Stockholm drops off and picks you up just a few hundred feet from the cottage. Well-stocked grocery store is a short 5-10 min bike ride away. Lots of amenities at the cottage, we were able to use the row boat and kayak, the hot tub was perfect at night and even made some wood fired pizza with the pizza oven. On a sunny day, just sitting on the deck or the living room with the glass doors open can’t be beat! On the island, in early June, there was a Padel court and miniature golf course serving some delicious burgers and some other restaurants we did not visit, as they aren’t always necessary with the kitchen at the cottage. Katarina is also a very friendly and responsive host, promptly answering any questions we had. We stayed three nights, but wish we would have stayed more!

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The house was in great condition and everything was clean and tidy. We wanted to borrow a boat and Staffan solved it right away. Calm and peaceful surroundings and perfect to bring the dog. We will definitely go back. Thank you for letting us borrow your lovely house, Staffan! +++++
