Villa holiday rentals in Mälaren

Beautiful island house in nature with large terrace, (warm) outdoor shower and outdoor toilet with water views! During the Swedish summer holidays there are numerous ferry connections and on the main island some restaurants, from mid-August at least the Coop. Unfortunately, the beach house is not part of the rental, but a nice large jetty. The house is better accessible by boat than via the forest path.

Had a nice holiday week in Caroline and Erik's house, everything matched as described and in the pictures. The landlord was easy and accommodating to communicate with, and flexible in relation to our needs for longer stays. The pool house and pool were perfect both for lazy summer days and for game nights with family. We were 6 people, and in addition to the house, the annex, which gave us plenty of space. The house was charming, tidy, and well organized. And the bookshelves had books entirely to my taste 😉 Simply a comfortable and inspiring house to vacation in 🌟

We really enjoyed our stay with amazing facilities and beautiful surroundings. Andreas was really helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

Caroline's place is special, an old farmhouse with all the modern comforts close to both nature and city stuff. Caroline was very nice and answered all the questions swiftly and gave us tips about places nearby. It is too nice place for families with small children but ours thoroughly enjoyed staying both inside and in the yard. The owner was very kind and invited them to feed their chicken and horse. We can really recommend the place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jimmy’s place. It was exactly what we needed for the four of us. Having two bathrooms was great, one per couple. We stayed 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer! The house has been done to a high standard and it felt really homely and comfortable with lovely light. There was lots of space - we appreciated having a spacious lounge area to relax in and a dining area in the kitchen. We were fortunate enough to have good weather and were able to take advantage of sitting outside too (such beautiful scenery!) The house was fully equipped and we didn’t want for anything, other than maybe a chopping knife and some scissors, but honestly that’s just picky and we genuinely couldn’t complain. It was also clean and tidy. Jimmy was extremely helpful from the minute we booked, always coming back to any queries quickly and offering suggestions of local attractions and places to eat etc. We can’t recommend it enough and would definitely stay again. Four of us spent a very nice week in this wonderful house. The location right on the water is unique, well located for excursions to Stockholm or the archipelago and very quiet. The house was very clean, excellently equipped, charming and nicely decorated - it has everything you need and a lot of space. We felt immediately comfortable in it. Maria is a very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful host who always answered our questions quickly. She also gave us good restaurant tips for the area. It was really an unforgettable experience and we would come back in a moment.

A great stay with incredible views and a very cosy space. We really appreciated the tranquility, the private feeling and Stora Jakutsin on the terrace – a perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area was a real highlight, we loved the pool, it was perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to the center, with easy access via taxi or public transport. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Among the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! We were ten friends celebrating a birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for the purpose. Everything was 10/10. The houses are nice and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen and kitchen island became our natural hangout, where we could both cook and socialize at the same time. In addition, it was perfect for saunas, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, drinks in the evening sun by the pool house followed by dinner in the orangery. Everything and a little more was available for an unforgettable weekend. Albin and Nina are very nice and easy to deal with. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we will gladly come back again!

Very cozy house that is right by the water. Nice area and close to Rådmansö bakery! Everything was great. The drinking water tastes a little different but just as the host recommends, you can bring your own drinking water. Will gladly come back! 🌟

Fantastic place to gather the whole big family. Opportunities to socialize and at the same time be able to withdraw when the house offers many peaceful places both outside and inside. Worked perfectly for all of us aged 8-78 years! Mårten is a very helpful host, we felt very welcome. Highly recommended!

Great house with spa facility in quiet residential area. View with the sunset over the Vallentuna lake. Located on the border of Täby so close to go from central Stockholm. Karolina was helpful and quickly responded when I had questions.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. After 2 weeks of traveling through Sweden, we enjoyed a week in Nynäshamn at this great villa. The decor was great and inspiring. The house is very large and each of the children had their own room. We spent most of our time on the large terrace. There is also the possibility for fitness with dumbbells :-). We received many tips from Helen and Niclas for excursions and restaurants. We recommend renting a kayak at Lövhagen for a nice tour in the archipelago. Also recommended in the Ute Express from Nynäshamn to Alö or Utö - if necessary, rent bicycles there. The house is highly recommended and we really appreciated the hospitality there.

Very nice and great accommodation!

It is a beautiful house situated in a wonderful and quiet countryside. We traveled with four kids who enjoyed the pool and the nearby lake nearly everyday. Johan was a very nice host, prepared our stay perfectly and continuously kept in touch with us. And Line is really great: she helped us from the start with a perfect introduction to the house and was always approachable for all the questions we had throughout our stay. Also thanks to her we had a wonderful holiday stay!
