Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

En pleno centro, pero muy silencioso. Recién reformado y a 100m de la Gran Vía, con todos los cines, teatros y comercios. Muy cerca de la Puerta del Sol, x si tienes tiempo de conocerla. Perfecto para una persona sola o una pareja. This modern and spacious apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood of Malasaña. It has been recently renovated and it is our home when we stay in Madrid. It is a short walk away from the subway station Tribunal, the pedestrian shopping area of Fuencarral, the Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and Plaza de España. The street is very lively, with a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. We have put a lot of care into this place and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
