The studio space boasts an open-plan living area, rich red and yellow tones, soaring ceilings, and a walkout to the secluded outdoor lounge. RECOMMENDED FOR COUPLES OR COUPLES WITH CHILDREN. NOT FOR THREE ADULTS In a unique space with almost 4 meters high, in this "Pied a terre" which receives its light, both from the huge windows open to a restricted traffic street and from its green “Patio” courtyard, have combined vintage pieces of the years 70 and 80 of s. XX, with signatures such as those of Pierre Folie (Jacques Charpentier), Paco Rabanne and the Spanish designer Oscar Tusquets. It has created a sophisticated but cozy atmosphere, to which the spectacular patio, unique in Madrid, adds a fresh and magical touch. The Loft has a double bed (1.50 x 1.90) and an extra individual bed for a child not older than 16 years. Emiliano and Javier are available for what our guest needs. We live just 10 minutes from the Studio, trying to be close to your needs. Just in Paseo del Prado Area, reciently declared by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE over 400 years ago, literary figures Lope de Vega, Calderón de la Barca, or Cervantes himself live in the Barrio de las Letras. Today it is one of the main attractions of Madrid. The area is home to museums, art, restaurants, and bars. Perfectly communicated, located in the same exit of the metro station "Antón Martín", in the vicinity of the ATOCHA station, this apartment is located five minutes walk from the main tourist attractions of Madrid: Plaza de Santa Ana, from Sol or from the Plaza Mayor.

Apartment in the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes walk from the Puerta de Sol, Museo Del Prado, Museo Thyssen, Antón Martin metro station. 15 min walk from Atocha Station. The apartment is very bright and quiet. It has a spacious living/dining room. With wifi connection via ADSL, TV with Netflix. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, oven and dishwasher. A separate room with a full bathroom built in. In addition, you have an extra toilet. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment does not have common areas The house already belonged to my great-grandfather, so I know the neighborhood and the whole city very well! Any questions you have can be resolved. The apartment is located on the same street where Cervantes and Lope de Vega lived. The neighborhood is also home to a multitude of bars and restaurants, clothing and antique stores, as well as numerous art galleries. The nearest metro station is Antón Martin, also nearby is the sun station connected with three subway lines and commuter trains. The Atocha train station is a 15-minute walk. Cool ,Urban & well appointed retreat in Malasaña.

I wanted to create a unique open space combining modern layout features, trendy furniture, traditional details and above all top qualities. The result is a very spacious and bright loft where the colors, wood, tiles, iron beams and plants, merge magically with the natural sun light. The extreme peace and quiet contrast in harmony. Nice and quiet apartment. It has the bedroom in attic with a comfortable bed of 160x200 cm. Small, cozy and bright. It doesn't have any noise even the days of Trace. Located in the La Latina neighborhood, next to Plaza de Cascorro, a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. 5 minutes from La Latina metro (line 5).
